A few years back I took my truck in for an oil change and a tune up. seems to be a pretty routine thing. Well It apparently was to difficult for their technician to handle. They cut wire and screwed it up so bad I had to take it to a toyota dealer which honestly wasn't much better. My truck still isn't right I just live with the entire screw up. I didn't review them then because like I said I am forgiving because things happens. Fast forward we took one of my work vans in for an oil change mind you, a freaking oil change. I was doing oil changes as a kid. I don't have the time to do 7 vehicles. Well one of there technicians changing a wiper blade crack the freaking windshield, now they fixed it but we lost time and money due to this screw up. Our inspection was up to date but needed new stickers, now I get this crap about well now we need to inspect the vehicle and it needs this and this. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else anywhere else. Save yourself the headache and aggravation!

Vince's was kind enough to squeeze me in and fix my car that day. They gave me 2 options to fix my car (either replace my steering column, or try a sealant and thicker steering fluid). I didnt feel any pressure to go the more expensive route and they explained the pros and cons of both approaches. I decided to try the sealant approach first and I greatly appreciate having a choice and not being forced into an expensive fix on my older Subaru. This approach worked and they even tighten my belts as well as buffed out my headlight for free. I would recommend Vince's Auto Repair without hesitation to anyone.

Our option was to have the head replaced because this was the second time the Plug insert was replaced and failed both times,the Strohls people said it was not worth trying to repair because the spark plug hole was now out of round.So they did the replacement head,one in two days time,& we were back on the rd. heading back to our home in North Carolina with our camper in tow truck ran great and is still going strong!Grateful job guys Thank you from the Jamiesons N.C. highly recommend these guys very professional!!

Techs were personable and seemed like they knew what the hell they were talking about - refreshing departure from most dealer service departments I've been exposed to. I don't live in this area but am up here for an event and I needed my car inspected. So I called this dealership, the receptionist was nice and they were able to accommodate my needs. My appointment was at 3pm and we showed around 2:30. They took my car to inspect it right away. It's now 3:30 and I go out to find out what the hold up is and the man behind the counter says I'm sorry your car failed inspection. What???! It's a year old, what's wrong? Oh you need new windshield wipers. I thought oh that sounds like some bs considering I just drove 2hrs in the rain to come up here yesterday and my wipers worked fine. He then begins to quote $88 for new ones. I said they probably just need cleaned maybe debris is the issues. He said oh no they are torn. $88 for new windshield wipers are you out of your f**king mind!!! I said give me the keys I'll run over to the auto parts store and get them replaced for under $30. He said oh well do you just want me to put the stickers on it for you then? Yep! Another 15mins goes by. What is taking so long? Oh he has to put the info into the computer. This place is a total scam! I get the car back and there are old rain drops on my windshield from the drive up which tells me he never bothered to even check them. I get out and inspect the wipers and there is no cuts and the windshield is perfectly clean. The lobby has old furniture that is stained and filthy. The roof has leaked and there are water stained ceiling tiles in combo with missing tiles. Then the true WTF is the dirty bathroom where the toilet actually rocks. Does any of this sound like a place where you want to do business? Yeah me neither.
