I took a chance and checked out Express as it is a new business and the owner is one of the nicest people you could meet. First impression, the shop is clean organized, and welcoming. Fresh popcorn and coffee are available for the snacking enthusiasts. The waiting room is comfortable and clean. Beyond all of that I can't rave enough about the owner, the staff, and the work they do. Clint takes the time to make sure you understand the work you need and the work you can wait on. Aside from that, across the board you wont find better pricing. Such great values for services. This shop stands behind it's work and executes to the highest standards. If you want big box professionalism while benefitting a new small business Express should be your first choice. I have never felt better about spending money on my car or the services I am receiving. From my experience the shop showed up in a big way, and if its important to you that places live their values I would agree and explain how they met that expectation for me., Honesty, Clint and his team were open and honest about the work they had to do and how long it would take. If I had a single question or was otherwise unsure about what we were talking about Clint took the time to explain and even drew up a diagram (I don't know anything about cars so I was impressed he took the time even though the shop was so busy! Integrity, while I was in the shop I watched as the team priced out parts for other customers diligently working to get the best prices when ordering parts passing on the savings to the customers. Efficiency, If you have had problems in the past with shops trying to take advantage I want to tell you how express was different. I never felt pressured or pushed into services I didn't ask for or need. The service was fast and done well. I honestly don't think I will ever need to consult another mechanic. They cited streaks which they were not able to show, and told me if I left to replace it I would have to get a whole new inspection, essentially charging me for two inspections unless I payed for the parts they wanted to sell me. I took the car immediately to the Ford Dealership, which found no issues with it and had no problem passing my inspection as is. The car is brand new, with only 3,000 miles on it, most of which were put on at the dealership which replaced the wipers and everything before I drove it off the lots. I heard them tell at least two other people that they also needed new wipers on their inspections which further makes me suspicious that it is just their current parts selling scam. I intended to file a complaint with the state inspection agency so that this type of thing does not keep happening to people. I have been using Jiffy Lube for a long time, and while I was not going to need to come in as frequently as I just got a new electric car, I certainly had been recommending it to all my friends. They have lost a life long advocate and customer from this experience.

My mechanic told me they are "like new" and there is nothing wrong with them. Seems like a money grab to me. I was here once before in October for a tire repair and got two tires replaced as well, makes me wonder if I was ripped off then. Thankfully, I declined the break pad repair from them and went to a trusted place to get them checked out since nothing was wrong.
