I woke up to a flat tire and needed some help quick! I came in on a Friday morning and was able to get my tire repaired and my tires rotated in about 40 minutes and for a really good price! They also checked my engine, some fluids, spark plugs and a few other things. Devon was the associate that assisted me. He was super personable and professional. This place is horrible since they changed from NTB, i went to drop off for an oil change, guy took my key and said he'd be right back. 10 minutes later i noticed he's in the parking lot talking with some women in her passenger seat. I asked another gentleman if i was good to go and he said oh we need your vehicle info, i said "yeah he was getting it 15 min ago" . so he sends a younger guy who walked as slow as molasses out there, who circled my truck about 4 times, then came inside and said "ummm let me go find the guy whose supposed to be up here" , at that point i walked out to the guy who took my key, asked for my key and left. He didn't even seem to care that i took my key. And now at another place getting my oil changed within 30 min, this place is telling me whoever changed my oil last torqued the plug too tight damaging the plug and they had to break it to take it off. Soooooooo horrible management, horrible service, and never going back. oh also for the last 7 months they can't do emission checks cause "system is down" lololol read more

My tire pressure light was on so I stopped to get it checked. They checked the settings for my tires on the dashboard and suggested just allowing them to put air in the tire after doing a visual inspection to see if the tire had any signs of damage. He suggested to come back if the problem persists. Many places would have immediately tried to rack up a bill. I appreciated the sincerity. read more

Went in with an appointment for tire repair. After waiting 2 hours they said they couldn't patch it due to the nail placement and i would have to replace the tire, but apparently other shops could patch it. After another 30 minutes my car finally pulled out of the shop. I get having to wait but what's the point of making an appointment if you have to wait over an hour for something simple? I asked for my keys back and left. I'll be going to a different shop or I'll learn how to do it myself. read more

i scheduled my appointment the day before and arrived 20mins before the scheduled time. The lady at the front desk stated the computer is down again; saying this has been happening over a year. The computer came back up, then they took my vehicle to change the oil. The oil was changed after 30mins of being in the garage. I watched my vehicle set there for 2hrs while they worked on other vehicle. A tech came to get my keys from the front desk and I asked wasn't a tire rotation part of the oil change. The lady at the front desk said yes and that she put it on the work order. The tech went back to the garage and rotated my tires so quickly that it made me wonder about the quality of the rotation. Terrible service. Every time the manager or employees always make excuses about how they don't have time to do all the services! My husband made an appointment in person because they told him the technician had gone home. To begin with I had an appointment on Saturday 07/20 to have my wife's Cherokee serviced. While waiting to check in at the front desk I watched an Employee back another customer's truck into my vehicle. I told the manager that since the damage was minimal that I would not file a claim on their insurance. Decided to give them another chance this last weekend and made a 9:00 am Sunday 07/28 appointment to have my F 150 serviced. I dropped my truck off at 8:55. When I still had not heard from them at 12:30 I called to check on it and was put on hold. They left me on hold and eventually hung up on me, so I went up to the store to find that they had not even begun to start on my vehicle. The people at the desk said I was next in line. My truck sat there for nearly 4 hours without being touched and the excuse I was given was that they were running a little behind!! read more

Set an appointment to get my brakes checked and replaced two days in advance. Appointment was for today Jan 14 2023. I arrived and was told it would be a couple of hours before they could even pull the car in. I asked what the point of the appointment was and was told that brake check appointments shouldn't be placed online and they told corporate about it to disable that. This place is amazing! If I could rate more stars I would. I went to Firestone down the street originally hoping for a new tire for the spare I was driving on after getting a flat tire the day before. Firestone didn't have the tire size I needed, so I gave NTB a call and David answered the phone. David was WONDERFUL! He was kind, quick, efficient, and helped me figure out the correct tire size I needed and went over all of my options with me. I told him the car I was driving and that I would be there in five minutes. To my surprise, he met me outside as I was pulling up with a big smile and introduced himself. They were a bit busy, and despite it they were able to get my car in quickly and on such short notice. I also mentioned wanting an oil change while I was at it, and they have me a $20.00 off voucher when they realized they were out of the oil I needed, but would have it in next week for me. There was no scamming or trying to sell me expensive tires or unnecessary services at all. The whole process from arrival to driving my car away took about 30 minutes. That's the fastest tire change I've ever experienced, and I was certainly not their only customer at the time. If you're looking for an ENJOYABLE tire change, this is the place. worst ntb ever. first visit took them 5 hours for oil change and 2 flat tires , supposedly they fixed the tires that same after both tires were still leaking air. Extremely long wait times even with an appointment. Over two hours for an alignment and one new tire is absurd.

UPDATE On 8-9-22 I arrived at this store to give them a second chance. I had a appointment for 12:00 to get my vehicle aligned. I dropped it off went to Whataburger to eat and returned a hour later and my vehicle was not even pulled in for the alignment. It took me 15 min to track some lazy employee to get my keys where I could leave. Made a appointment for a front end alignment at 2:30pm on 9-1-21. I walked in at 2:25 and was greeted by a unprofessional person at the counter which told me they had no mechanics there and I could hang out and wait and one might show back up in 30 min. No thanks! Went there on a Sunday morning to get a flat fixed. Because I got lifetime flat fix with my $1700 tire purchase a few months ago. Tyler told me I could leave it and they might could get to it in a few hours. They weren't very busy and I noticed tire crews in the shop standing around playing on their phones. I told Tyler I would go somewhere else. He appeared to be relieved. As I was leaving David W parks another customers truck so close to mine I could not even get into my truck! I made an appointment to get my tire looked at because I thought it had a slow leak. I missed my appointment by my own fault. NTB agreed to squeeze me in the next day if I brought it in early. They were able to find the cause of my leak and repair it. The charge was around $25 which they comped for me and just asked me to spread the good word. I've used NTB for a few years for oil changes, inspections and tires and would highly suggest them to anyone in Forney. read more

Set up appointment on website. Arrive early to drop car off. Was told they have no one certified to do state inspections. Was told they do not change oil on BMW's without a dipstick. Keep in mind this BMW has had the oil changed on numerous occasions at other NTB's. I understand it is trying times for people who want to work right now across all industries. You would think management would be certified on state inspections to provide great customer service. Not much money to be made on state inspections but just think of all the other business that will be taken elsewhere. Oil change- assuming they don't do BMW's because of prior damage they have done here. Maybe it's honestly a good thing to take my business somewhere else. read more

So I called yesterday to make an appointment for my son to take his car in, when I made the appointment I stated I needed a oil change, tire rotation, and inspections was told sure not problem we can do it at 2:00. My son gets there today and they say oh we just had you for an oil change it will be 5:30-6:00 before it's done since you want the other stuff. So I call and same guy that made the appointment answered phone when I asked what is going on he was like oh they never should have made an appt for that, (your the one that made it)! Needles to say I have tried to give them a shot a couple of times and their bad customer service is not an isolated event. These employees do not care about your vehicle or property. Took in my 2015 Jeep Wrangler for an oil Change and while they were rotating my tire they damaged one of my wheels. Instead of fixing it and making it right, they told me to buy some glue and stick the broken piece back on there. Last week, when I picked my my Tahoe, there was greasy hand prints on the inside and exterior of my SUV. Like I said earlier, these employees do not care about your property or vehicle. I would never recommend anyone to use NTB and would never bring any of my personal or fleet vehicles to NTB again. read more

Brought my wife's car in for a new set of tires. Thayer had 2 different sets in our size. Salesman didn't try to up sell me on crap I didn't need. They started mounting them right away. So I basically have two reviews for this place. They are typically really friendly and tend to care that you are satisfied. When I went in February for a tire rotation, I had to return within a few hours because my tire was completely flat. I felt like an idiot because when I called they told me "it was not their fault if I picked up a nail on the way out." Obviously. Although, I knew I had not, because I went right down the road and when I came out to my car later- it was flat. Upon returning, a young guy that was working there threw my hubcap as he took it off and it cracked- he at first had no remorse for doing so, so I proceeded to stand at my car and watch him while they finished repairing my tire. The manager took over and told me there was absolutely nothing wrong with my tire, so I am assuming some plug was not securely fixed when the rotation was done. I obviously know little about cars- but I have common sense. The manager certainly made up for this experience and made me feel safe in my car. I returned here for my next tire rotation just last week- I was nervous of course because I did not want to have another bad experience. So this time I stood in the garage and watched every single thing they did to my car to ensure it was all completed thoroughly. It was and they even gave me a free break light because mine was out. Bottom line- I recommend this place, because the managers really strive to get the work done and ensure satisfaction, you just have to watch out for the "young punk kids" working there who could care less about your car. read more

Called these guys up to see about a four wheel alignment. Was assured it would take one hour with no wait to get the car into the service bay. Got a price quote for the service. Got to the shop within five minutes as I was in the area. Handled over my keys and information and took up residence in the waiting area. An hour later I went to inquire if my vehicle was ready. I was informed "We are about to get to it." Took a look outside and saw it still in the same spot. Went back and chilled for twenty minutes, watching some TV. Go back to the front and ask if they are done. As I'm asking I notice my car still hasn't moved. I make a bit of a scene over being mislead in my initial call about the wait time and my general displeasure as they are risking putting me behind schedule. They kick it in high gear after I've only waited an hour and a half and get my car in and out. I go to pay the bill has the service with the agreed to price that was discussed on the phone, in addition there is a "shop fee" which was not mentioned during the phone call.. Lie about wait time and lie about price. Will never return. read more
