Service was not as expected. Took my truck in to get 3 wheels repaired. Took them weeks to get color match on my wheels. And when it was finally done, my front driver side wheel was loose almost had an accident. The lug nuts where coming off. I called to let them know what had happened. Then while I was washing my truck I noticed over spray all over my truck. I called and told them about it. They asked me if I was sure it happened at their shop. I took the truck in to get buffed, and was told they would let me know when it was a good time for me to bring it in. And till this day I haven't heard from them. My experience was just horrible. Definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Im still waiting on them to contact me regarding the overspray. And to align my truck after the wheel almost came off on the highway. read more

I took my car in to have the tires balanced and rotated. The place that did it (a large, relatively reputable company) told me that I had two bent wheels, and offered to sell me new ones (um....). I told him no, thanks. I was surprised to learn I had bent rims. This car is pretty new, and I don't drive it roughly. But, supposedly, BMW rims are "very soft" and bend easily, sometimes just by going over a pothole (great.....) I contacted several companies to get estimates on repair. All Star was one of the first to respond, and was the best priced of the three who responded. Travis, the owner of the company, wrote me back answering my questions, and gave me his personal cell phone number to call if I wanted to discuss further. I called him back, he answered all of my questions, and told me I could just come in when I was ready (no appointment necessary). He did try to up-sell me a wheel paint job, but when I said I wasn't interested, he was not pushy about it at all. I arrived on a Wednesday afternoon. The receptionist, an older lady, was not very friendly. She took my information, and when I spoke to one of the techs, he was extremely helpful. He was very nice, very polite, and explained everything to me. I told him I didn't notice any shaking or any performance issues, and he said sometimes companies will exaggerate damage to try to sell you new wheels. He said they would take a look at the two wheels and not charge me if they weren't damaged. My car was ready for pick-up the very next morning (dropped off at 3:30pm day before, picked up at 8am next day). The grumpy lady told me that the repair notes said they only had to repair one wheel, not the other one. The wheel that they did repair looks flawless. It looks brand new - I can't tell I ever scraped any curbs. As for the bend, I never noticed anything before, so it's hard to say how good their repair was on that. However, the cosmetic work is perfect. If (when?) I bend a wheel again, and when those pesky curb rashes start showing up again, I will definitely be bringing it back here. This young man's honesty won me over. read more

Wasn't sure if they were going to be able to repair the curb rash that my daughter gave my new Mini. However, they did a fantastic job at a reasonable price. They even ordered replacement specialty stem valve cap that was misplaced during the repair. FYI, if you have special valve caps remove them and store in your car - i didn't think about that ;-). I have a 2005 Ford Mustang GT that I took into All Star to have my rims powder coated. I had 3 wheels that had a lot of curb rash and I was not sure if they could be repaired. I spoke to Travis about my options. The next week, I dropped off my car and his team began the work on my wheels. I received a call the next afternoon saying my wheels are done and my car is ready to go. I arrived and my first impression was "Are these my wheels!" :-) The powder coat looked awesome!, and they repaired all the curb rash that was around the wheels. This definitely added to the Mustang. I even had 1 wheel that was slightly bent and they repaired it. I get a lot of comments on the color of the wheels. Travis and his team did an "Awesome" job! I am now considering taking them back for some work to add red striping. read more

I recently purchased a 2007 Dodge Ram. The front wheel on the driver's side was bent. All Star was recommended so I called them Thursday at 11:09. A man said they could fix it if it was fixable and said I had to leave it for 24 hours. I had the truck to them before 1 that same day. On Friday morning at 11:09 a woman called and said the wheel couldn't be fixed. There was no one there to put the tire back on or to see if the tire could be put back on. She asked about the spare. I said I just purchased the truck and didn't know if there was a spare. She said she would call back when someone came in to take care of the tire. I called her at 1:40 that same day. She said there was a spare but there was still no one to put the tire on the truck. She would call back. I heard nothing. The website says the company is closed on Saturday and Sunday. I called at 7:02 Saturday morning to leave a message in the event someone checked the messages over the weekend. After all, they still have my truck. Couldn't leave a message. The mailbox was full. Will call again Monday and will update this review. Would I recommend them? You tell me. If there's no one to put a tire back on a vehicle can they be trusted with bigger things? read more

I had All Star powdercoat the wheels for my car and they came out great. They painted the centercaps to match and they were spot on as well. They even disposed of my old tires I had so I didn't have to lug them back to the house. The color and texture were uniform, and the rims overall looked great. read more
