They gave me a good price on the tires and the installation went smoothly. However, after the tires were installed, the technician took my car for a test drive of about 3 miles, and when I got my vehicle back, rare tokens that I kept in my ashtray were missing. That was disappointing and concerning. While the tire service and pricing were good, this experience left me uneasy, and I hope management looks into this to prevent it from happening to other customers.

And my complaint is just as much about Rob, the Market Manager, as it is about the store itself. I came in for a simple service, something I've done many times without any issues. Instead, I ended up dealing with a situation that was caused entirely by their mistake, and rather than owning it, they gave me the runaround. Not only did the staff fail to take responsibility, but when I tried to escalate it, Rob--the market manager--was unprofessional, dismissive, and completely uninterested in fixing the problem. His attitude was basically "not my problem," which is unacceptable for someone in his position. When a customer is legitimately wronged, you expect at least a baseline level of professionalism. I got none. I'm all for giving people grace, but this was mishandled from start to finish. If this is the standard of leadership for this location, I'd strongly recommend going anywhere else for service. Poor work, poor communication, and even worse management. I've never written a review like this, but they earned it.
