So wanted to be fair. We went back to Molle this Saturday April 4th and have to say the service was great! Got a oil change again, didn't have an appointment just dropped off. Jeff the service advisor was a pleasure to deal with. He knew exactly what he was doing. I dropped it off at roughly 9:30am and I had a call from him at 10:35am that it was ready to pick up. Thats quick and without an appointment, just a drop off. So I think from now on me and my wife will just drop off, then come back. They seem to be quicker when you dont have an appointment! But wanted to give a follow up review to be fair and honest! We will be back! read more

I had my vehicle serviced by this location 3 times and have had an issue every time. It started out with small things. Then it became crystal clear they are just looking to take your money even if its by robbing you. First time I took it to them it was for wiring work. Request was to get the wiring harness assembly replaced they were unable/unwilling to do that and chose to charge me 5k to splice wires instead which didn't fix everything I wanted or needed. The second time I took it to them was for brakes which went fine until I went to pick it up. I live 30 mins away about 20 mins out I recieved a call from them to let me know my truck was ready for pick up. I arrive 15 mins after I got off the phone with them at about 440 and no one was at the service department because they had all left for the day on a friday. The last time I brought it to them I asked them to check 4 things out tensioner pulley for belt, a faulty air bag code, suspension problem and the air problem that should have been fixed the first time I brought it to them. When I dropped it off I apologized for being late because we had trouble getting the vehicle started and I let them know they would need to jump it. They get back to me later than they scheduled to let me know they would not touch the vehicle until I paid them for a battery $450. Im capable of doing a battery on my own and not understanding their reasoning of they can't jump start the vehicle to diag anything because of the codes the battery sends in the system. What does the battery have to do with suspension? Oh right nothing, this is when their predatory practices hit me and I decide im done using them. I picked the vehicle up from them with out approving anything including a diagnoses on a battery I was already aware of being bad which they wanted $190 for the 5 mins or less it takes to check the battery. I bring up my concerns about paying at all and according to Mike Jones they couldn't wave fees for doing no work they could only split what they wanted to steal from me. Since im late to pick up my kid at this point im done waisting my time playing their game. Reluctantly I let them get through their script of welcome now pull your pants down and bend over since we know something you dont which costs me $90, my daily driver being detained for a week and a business relationship I thought was at least decent. Avoid any dealership for service but this place really will charge you for nothing and expect you to be fine with handing your hard earned money over no problems. Mike you already had a chance to work this with me and decided to play a game instead of do your job well. When I saw the comment about reaching out if im not satisfied and theres no POC for you its clear you dont actually want to know about any experience. I personally dont understand how the service could be this bad when I started off thinking the worst thing about this place was how they couldn't meet any of the deadlines they had set for themselves. I really didn't want it to come to me writing this review and would have been willing to reach out if I believed you'd be willing to work with me Mike. However, since you would rather play customers need to fight for every penny I'd rather just do this and be done with this place. read more

They run a scam shop by charging you for 6 quarts of oil in an engine that takes 5.5 quarts and then fill it till it's a half a quart low. That way they take you for 1 quart. If they do it to everyone that adds up to a lot of money. They should be criminally investigated. read more

very horrible experience, I sent my truck in to get my new key fob synced and got my truck returned to me with check engine light on and running horrible, turned out they flashed my truck by installing 2 recalls that they didn't call me to approve, then I talk with the manager and he owned it and said they should have never done that and I get my truck a new tune ($1000.00) then I call and leave messages to the manager and they won't call me back! Service guys - thank you for your efficiency and your kindness. Customer service is huge and you all nailed it! You get the only star I will give this place. To the "guys" up front - once again, customer service is huge and I wish I could say you nailed it too. In fact, next time you're having a "meeting" up front where your customers walk in and out of and you don't want or expect to be asked questions, take your "meeting" to a conference room or learn to gladly accept questions from your CUSTOMERS (the reason you all have a job and a business). Also, the front room (showroom) has great acoustics, none of you are young enough to not know how to respect people, if you want to make a snarky comment about a customer asking a question during your "meeting", maybe you should make it behind closed doors as well. There are far too many dealerships that have respectful employees and awesome customer service for me to drive to Belton! My first and absolute last visit and I will not be recommending to anyone. read more

Getting in a wreck sucks and having to deal with the insurance company sucks even more but what made my whole experience way less sucky was taking my 2012 Charger to Landmark South. I had purchased it from the North store, but I live in Raymore and decided to take it the new location closer to my house. I got t-boned at a stop light and my car was hammered all down the passenger side. The guy who hit me had cut-rate insurance and I thought that they might total out my car and were giving me a hard time in the first place. Sending me forms wanting to know where I was going and what I was doing, etc, like it was my fault! I was so upset because I had just paid may car off two months earlier, too! I brought my car to Brad in the body shop and he handled everything for me! The insurance company even missed a couple of things on the estimate and he took care of it and got it fixed with no problem! I've got my car back and I couldn't be happier, it looks and feels brand new again and even though it took about 3 weeks, the work was outstanding! No one wants to have to use a body shop, and even then, it's not something (hopefully) that you would do more than a few times in your life, but I highly recommend the shop at Landmark South and would not hesitate to use them again! read more

Buyer Beware. Read the fine print because they will not be upfront about it. Every new car on the lot gets a $999.00 transport fee added to the advertised price. And the advertised price is only IF you qualify for EVERY SINGLE REBATE the maker offers. I had to BEG them to show me a used car and then they kept asking me to go back and buy the new one. The funny part is the used cars were priced higher than the new ones I couldn't afford. I was upfront with them before I went about what I needed and what I could afford. Been there 2 times, worst ever, both times came in with cash and got this BS run around, asking me to give them 20 dollars to show I was serious... Made cash offers only to be told the manager will have to approve the offer, 30 mins later the sales man ask for 100 dollars to show I'm serious... I walked out, just to have the manager chasing me asking me what's wrong.... I've bought my last 3 (Ram truck) (Jeep wrangler and a Jeep Compass from Overland Park, Dodge jeep Ram and Chrysler... the service department did extra work on my car without informing me before hand and charged me an extra $350+ for changing spark plugs after the work was finished. do not use their service dept. then they told me i could trade the car in... scam. i spoke to the manager tim henderson and said 'you paid the bill' & he offered no solution. this service department is the worst at customer service and my car is still doing the same thing. military or traveling business people i highly suggest not going to landmark dodge in morrow, ga!!!! read more

I took my Wrangler in for a dent repair. Full disclosure, I was told that there was always a chance of Windshield breakage during removal. I used this as a reason to take my vehicle to a Jeep dealer instead of a different bodyshop. The windshield broke. It was explained to me that because we talked it wasn't their fault. They subcontract it out, it's no reflection on them. But, it's the vehicle owner's problem to pay the $320 that it's going to cost to get the Jeep brand windshield back on. Also, the general manager is on vacation, and I'm the highest you can go. (Though after getting disconnected I was told he was in a meeting with the owner five minutes later) I read the reviews after. I mentioned them to the service manager, Kevin McDaniel and his opinion is simply that disappointed people are the only people that leave reviews and consequently these reviews are not worth worrying about (paraphrased). I requested that the windshield be replaced and no other work be done. Ultimately all I wanted was to know that Landmark South cared about the situation. Any effort on their part to show concern would have made me feel better. All I got was that it wasn't their fault. Anyone else would have done the same thing, with the same possibilities. If anyone else can do it as well, I wish I had taken it to anyone else. read more

I went to this dealership on 8/24 after being in contact with them via email. I had set up an appointment with Hunter for 9am, confirmed by Lierin Wyatt the day before. After a snippety email from the "used car manager" Jody, I decided, against my better judgement, to follow through with the appointment. I arrived promptly at 9am the following morning with a friend to view a 2015 Camry. I was approached by a sales associate, Steve, who informed me that there was no Hunter and mockingly stated that I hadn't made an appointment with anyone. I showed him the email and he reported that he had never heard of anyone involved. Rather than leaving then, which I should have, I agreed to speak to him regarding the car due to my high interest. I asked to see paperwork prior to test driving. He said he didn't believe there would be any available. I stated that I had already seen the car fax but would like to further see the paperwork they had on property, including the maintenance that had been performed on site. Steve became upset when he'd learned that I had already see the car fax, then stated he was going to get the keys. Upon his return, he informed me that the car would not start and that it would have to be pushed to service to figure out what was going on. To be polite, I requested to see the paperwork and followed him in to a trailer. Steve continued to argue with me stating there is no paperwork but that he would "go look". After leaving his cubicle, he answered a phone call from a customer and began yelling at them over the phone and slamming his fist on the desk. At this point, my friend and I began to feel unsafe and chose to leave the property. We were subsequently chased down, being yelled at and arms waving as Steve came after us. I proceeded to call the other Landmark location to make them aware of the situation as I no longer felt safe dealing with the South location. I left a voicemail for Brian Pringles and have yet to hear anything back. This dealership is a joke, unsafe, aggressive and is a very poor excuse to any dealership standards. I highly recommend NOT dealing with this company and taking your business elsewhere. Truly, anywhere else. read more

But this shop I called them told me I left a review and feel I won't be a happy customer lol. I never been to this dealership lol. But now I certainly will not. Customer services just dose not matter anymore. lol tell me this if you are spending 40 thousand dollars who dose not want to be happy lol. Also the dealership I spoke of were bad due to they judged me. They would say can you afford this, inappropriate questions. The service department is the worst we have EVER experienced from a dealership. Very rude and unwilling to work together in a professional manner. They had our vehicle for 18 days before we got it back, they had to sublet it to another location to get it fix, was trying to work with the warranty they sold us initially too, it was a nightmare. No loaner cars, no help with a rental car, nothing so before you buy here or take your car to be repaired ask yourself can you live without a car for a few weeks, and do you like being talked down to, if so this is your place! Buyer's BEWARE of this dealership. The Pros: We love our New Jeep. That's all. Let's just start from the start. Took my wife to see the new car and our salesman showed her the inside and he sat in the passenger's seat. While showing her the features he was so sick he was sneezing and had mucus running out of his nose. It was so gross. He should of not been there selling cars but he was friendly with us. Then beware because the MSRP price already has the destination charge included in the price of the car and then they automatically add on an extra destination charge of $1185. What a rip off. I complained about it, but lost that battle. Then after we agreed on a price we went to see Daren which is the "Delivery Manager" that sales all the aftermarket items and extra's for your car. Beware of this guy because he "Lied" to us twice. We bought all the extra's like the overcoat, undercoat and inside treatment. We also bought aftermarket wheels from them. He promised us that he could get it done in one day. Then we went to see MIchael the "Finance Manager". He was very nice at first then after we told him we didn't want to purchase the Extra extended warranty for $2500 he changed his tone and was a little less friendly. I took the car in on a Thursday night so they could have it all day Friday. Daren gave me a crappy loaner and I went on my way. So I went to pick it up Friday about 4:30 and it was sitting out on the parking lot really filthy and dirty and had only the wheels done on it. Yep, It took them 7 hours just to change the wheels. Wow. He was walking towards our car while I got out of the loaner and I said is that mine? I thought it was going to be done today. I was so pissed and so disappointed. He only said Sorry and Im going to take care of your wife and Im going to get her something special "Since this was her First New Car purchase. I said ok you better take care of her. He said I will. I left it there over the weekend. I went back in Monday afternoon and walked into his office and he looked at me and just stared at me and didn't say anything. I said," Your acting like Im not even here". I didn't get a hello or any greeting from him. I said, I'm here to get my car and turn in the loaner. He finally got up and took me out to my car. Gave me my keys and said " Oh yea, I still need to take care of your wife. That Liar didn't do a thing for her. Not even a sorry. I got in the car and left. The first thing I did was take the rear dealership decal off the back of it. Im not going to advertise for this place. My wife called the GM of the dealership and told him what had happen and still she didnt get any satisfaction. We will NEVER go back to this place for anything. Not even for our free oil change.
