We were shopping for a low mileage, pre-owned vehicle for my wife. I made a list of nine vehicles from their website that caught our interest. When I contacted the dealership, to our good fortune I connected with Stuart Williams. He asked me to email him the list of vehicles, and we made an appointment to meet him the next day. When we arrived at the dealership, Stuart greeted us at the door with his trouser pockets full of keys! My wife didn't drive all the vehicles on the list. Stuart did spend the better part of the afternoon patiently answering our questions about the ones she did drive. She ended up deciding on a new, 2026 Mazda CX-30. No pressure; no stress; just friendly, courteous, knowledgeable service. We drove the Mazda home that day... even stopped in Martin City for some BBQ. What a great car shopping experience!

I paid for a full diagnosis and was told the problem was fixed, but the TPMS warning light came back on less than an hour after picking up my car. When I returned immediately, I was told I would need to pay again for the same diagnostic service, even though the issue was clearly not resolved. I am very disappointed by this lack of accountability. Customers should not be required to pay multiple times for the same unresolved problem. I hope the dealership improves its service policies and stands behind its work.
