What I did to past the time was browse the games I did saw a couple that I wanted and pick up three of them at the time so when I was ready to pay, I asked the guy if he takes Apple Pay he said yes Then I asked him questions about the Nintendo 64 games for super smash Bros and super Mario 64 he said those are not real. Those are authentic, I told him the games I wanted for transformers, he was about to go to a different section that I didn't found it at so when I realize what he was doing I told him not there and then I showed him where I found it and then yeah so I'm not sure what's up with that Same thing for the 360s and the PlayStation 2 games until I showed them where it was. I guess it might. He has a bad memory of where it is. I'm not sure. I saw more of luck review and if it is true that he is not passion and that depress then yeah you're not wrong. Like what's the whole point of working there if your don't like gaming but when I first saw him and when I asked him the question, he didn't look depressed. He look normal Besides that him repeating for the games and asking if it's yours, that's crazy like one he probably doesn't see the price on the cover or two. He has a very bad memory. The owner of the shop (I believe their name is Gina going off other reviews?) was very lovely, and instantly understood what needed to be done to get my Switch's game card reader working again. Needless to say, I learned my lesson with regards to handling my console, but I am very thankful to have found such a useful shop that I'm happy to recommend to game enthusiasts who want to keep their hardware working. And right then and there, I knew I had to get my PS3 repaired from these guys, and it was for a pretty niche repair. It was to fix the wifi/bt module, which ultimately got replaced, with, in my opinion, a quick turnaround of two weeks. I brought it back to get a refund as I was told I was able to return it. The owner was completely rude and immediately became irritated at the fact I tried to return it (this was within 10 minutes of buying the controller). Go elsewhere if you don't want to be yelled at and told never to come back to his store for trying to return a faulty controller. The owner is a scammer and does not care about his customers.

Called in to the store to check on the inventory for Kuromi gaming chair since it was out of stock…read moreonline. Spoke to a gentleman who said there was 2 left and that he would hold it for me. Once I got there, I was immediately approached by an employee who asked me if I needed help. I told him I was here for a gaming chair and they told me that there was 2 of them left. The employee immediately asked the rest of them to see who spoke to me and directed me to Alex who assisted me with the transaction. I was very surprised that the employees all made sure to give the sale to whoever it was that first spoke to the customer. Normally, employees would be fighting to steal each other's sales to earn that commission. Alex not only helped with the transaction but personally delivered the chair to my car in the parking structure. The chair is now installed and the quality is definitely worth the money. If anyone is ever in the area and needs a Razer product, I definitely recommend coming to this store. The service is great and the store is clean and organized, even though there are a lot of people who come in to play on the demo systems there. If you end up buying something, make sure to look for Alex, he will take care of you and provide upstanding customer service.

I'm a private Pokémon card collector that has never ventured into the world of buy/sell/trade, so I decided I'd call a few shops in the area to see what they'd recommend, and this is exactly how this conversation went. Guy answers phone, i asked him if he had a minute to answer a couple questions i had. "i mean i have a few people I'm helping right now but yeah sure" I proceed to explain that i was looking for guidance or advice on how to offload my extensive Pokémon card collection as I'm moving out of the area, and i was wondering if they had a buyer or something of the sort that would sit down with me and run through it to see what they're willing to buy, etc. He responds, "oookay. Are you planning on paying someone for that?" Confused, i asked what he meant? "Basically what I'm getting at is no, we don't do that. I have a guy here that's really knowledgeable about that kinda stuff but i wouldn't wanna waste his time" I thanked him for his "candid" (read: completely rude) response and that i would look elsewhere.
