Well they had it for 3 days and the only thing they managed to do was blow a couple fuses and cause malfunctioning on my ECM unit. They messed up so bad my vehicle would not now start. They have no idea how to work on hybrid vehicles. Now I should have know better when I see what type of people we are dealing with here. The receptionist seemed lost and became flustered, the professionalism was out of the question she looked like she came walking out of hot topic in 2001, as a receptionist, you know the first person you see when you walk in? Yea. She told me she would call me with updates throughout the 2 business days they had my car. She only called me back after I called a twice for an update. So my car was dead in there bay and it wouldn't start. Plus the original problem was still existing. They didn't claim responsibility and refused to tow it to the dealer. The receptionist called my warranty co. To get them to tow it outta there. And now my car is being worked on by a technician. Ps. There is nothing you can do to change my mind. They only use the highest quality fluids and oil. Cars are stored indoors and secured. They treat my cars as if they were their own. I'm very particular and they use full seat covers, floor mats and steering wheel covers everytime I bring a car in for service. If you are looking to buy a car, I would recommend them to have it looked over. They know all the common issues associated with these cars and do the most thorough pre-purchase inspection you can imagine. The experience here is second to none.
