When I asked what's going on my appointment was at 4:45, she then says she will check. Within 5 minutes of checking my name is called. So it's my job to check or is it their job to let me know if there's a delay? I guess if it was a place with good service and professionals it would be their job. Otherwise just know it's your job to keep checking or else you'll probably just keep sitting in the waiting room.
