They also have most of their items price tags marked with different colored dots. Like if the item has a blue dot on the price tag, there is an additional 25% off, or a different colored dot for 50% off, etc. I wish I had more time to look as they had brands like Pink Rose and Jolt that I enjoy. There also seems to be a good sized dressing room as well.

Then you call your boss who can't see it and I can hear her say in the background "tell her its humidity" Unprofessional and unbelievable! I just drove two hours in that extreme heat with my personal possessions and you try to tell me it's humidity. I hope your corporate office Reads these reviews. We have a family coastal cottage which needed to be revamped and brought into the 21st century. Amy was so kind and thoughtful about trying to keep the sentimentality of our family home along with trying to please two other families besides myself. This process went on for almost a month before we made the final purchases. Amy and her managers worked with us and NEVER ever put any pressure on us. I don't have pictures to post yet but when it all gets delivered I will show off the amazing new space Amy has created for our family! I brought in 2 dresses that had matching bolero style jackets. Again I stopped in to see how they were priced. Both dresses were on the rack for sale missing the bolero jackets. I questioned the salesperson on duty telling her that these were my consigned items and the jackets were missing. Response was "oh they sometimes get misplaced.". She did locate one of the jackets and promised to look for the other. I returned several weeks later the jacket was still not found. So my experience was horrible. Today I encountered some confusion with staff about Consignment pieces. The items were listed as active, but difficult to find or missing. The store appears a bit disheveled and a musty odor was noted by myself and another shopper. While helping to search for my own Consignment pieces I found a number of empty jewelry packages and mistreated items. Possibly this due to a pending change in ownership. A worker, possibly current owner, approached me with the form of agreement that I did not receive for the items. Her rudeness , sarcasm and dismissiveness threw the enjoyment of being a consigner and customer out the door. Sad when experiences such as this happen. Hoping for them, it was an off day, but I can no longer endorse a recommendation .

First of all-- The plaza looks like the year 1992 and I love it. So win for nostalgia sake. This Homegoods was big, clean, organized. Had a really good clearance section. I ended up finding this really great candle that I own several of for 5 dollars- it's an artisan candle so typically on their official website they go for about 30 plus shipping. Got some things for the dog. Overall pretty great Homegoods, I'd check it out again.

I knew a furniture piece wouldn't fit in my car and a greyish/blond grouch with glasses and a scowl, scoffed and rolled her eyes at another associate when I suggested how to position it. The cashier was no better. Everyone encountered was awful. One woman was sitting on a step stool stocking shelves and complaining as she did so. Not a pleasant shopping experience.
