Their craftsmanship is extremely bad, every corner of my kitchen drawers are unevenly cut and wavy…read morelooking. I requested all straight and inset flush drawers so any unevenness to the corners will show. When I bring it up with them they just use excuses and argues with me. The lady called Arina was also very unprofessional and would be very rude when I point out faults to her measurements and later cabinet quality. They were also 3-4months late on delivery. Their excuse for such delay was that every time a measurement was changed they would push my project all the way to the back of the production line, even though every single time changes were made was due to their fault. An example of this was the cavity needed for my dishwasher drawer, they kept on insisting the cavity needs to be bigger even though the installation manual of the appliance had exact measurements needed. Lucky I didn't let them make it to what they wanted because the appliance fits perfectly now. Be it the panel door was made too short and I have a weirdly large gap between my countertop and drawer. Another big issue if that every gap around the drawers are huge, they insist on a 1/8in gap which they don't even follow because some gaps are as big as ¼ - 1/2 in! After many requests of them coming back to fix the issues they finally sent someone but that someone was a sales personnel and he tried to use his sales charms and talk their way out of issues. In the end he agreed that quality control was negligent and that they will send someone back out to fix...well guess what, they never did. The cabinet installer (not the maker) was trying to fix all the unevenness by patching it with bondo but it didn't help and he only did a few before gaveling up. They were also hired to make a custom range hood cover which they didn't follow the measurements and made it 7in too large. When confronted, once again they had excuses on how it couldn't be done. If it couldn't be done to my specifications then why not inform me so we can made adjustments or cancel? This business is terrible through and through. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemies. Never in my life have I ever seen such professionalism and terrible kitchen cabinets. I paid a lot of money for amateur work. I think they are only good at ordering premade cabinetry and can't actually make custom cabinets. They should have never taken my job and I should have never paid them 100% upfront. They were hired by my General Contractor and I trusted them. My mistake to learn for sure. I wish I took more pictures before everything was painted dark color so I can show more examples of the terrible job they did and put them on blast.

They did listen to the changes we wanted in cabinet height and placement, but they did not want to give their opinion on anything, which I kind of understand, but we asked for their thoughts and opinions. The employees: the two lead guys, hmm.. well at first Grayson was great to work with, at the end of the job he wasn't even nice and tried to not complete work to be done (It did get done, but he was not happy about doing it) The majority of the workers were great and efficient, they were very good about cleaning up each night. The lead, Al, was a sexist jerk. He often spoke to my son, instead of me, while I was standing right there! If my husband was home, he ignored me completely, until one of the men would call him on it. He whined when I pointed out that he missed putting up a trim piece, he said, "No one will notice". One of the other employees (the owner's son) said, "I cut a trim piece for that location, it's going on." Al was annoyed, but it was done. Dan, the owner came by twice and is a very nice man and he is very knowledgable. His son and they other crew were really good. The salesman Larry, very nice man but he is a salesman and should probably go to a few construction projects before he sells things can't/won/t be provided. Grayson was professional for the most part, it was just at the end, when he just wanted to be done (I get that, I wanted it done, too), that he wasn't. Al was a jerk! He spoke down to me and grumbled a lot. The craftsmanship was fantastic!! If I have one complaint, it is that there is a couple of bumps under my flooring, most likely the floors weren't checked or swept before the flooring was put in.

On the day of the job I found out he was not doing the job and had a young employee doing it instead. I was assured he was as good. The Bid included screwing down floors where there were any squeaks, which was only half completed. After he was paid in full I noticed kitchen doorway corner has a gap between the door trim and where the floor is installed. The Floor wasn't cut to fit properly. This will need to be filled in with wood filler and stained or painted to try to match the new flooring, which I requested he return to complete. At the time of the request I included a picture asking what needed to be done to fix this. I was met with SILENCE. He has his money so I am left to repair this gap in the floor. I paid to have a professional installation done and did not get what I paid for. There is a complete lack of professional obligation to do the job for which he was paid. I will not recommend this company to install your flooring.
