Exceptional Glass is truly exceptional. I needed to adjust my shower door, and I attempted to do it myself, but quickly realized that I am not a glass worker and that I should stay in my lane before I crack my shower door and spend several thousand more dollars to replace it. I called Chris from exceptional glass and told him what my issue was and he scheduled a visit within a week. Ryan and Riley came out and they were on time, they took their shoes off before they came into my home, and they got right on it. They were also extremely pleasant young men who care about customer service and obviously took pride and what they do. The price that I was quoted was more than fair and Chris told me before they showed up that if there was any extra work, it would be an additional charge, I agreed to that and when all was said and done, he charged me what he had originally quoted me. Even though this was a very small job, other glass companies were not even interested in looking at this job, but Chris came through for me and I really appreciate him for doing that. I am going to do a complete remodel of my bathroom in the near future, which will require several other glass doors and I will only ever call Exceptional Glass to do my glass work or anytime I need a shower door in the future. read more

More than a year after Exceptional Glass installed a shower door for us, I called their office to report the door was stiff, and hard to open and close. Chris came out the next day, at no charge. These guys were great. They were on time, polite, listened to what we wanted, did a great install job, left everything clean and tidy, and were relatively inexpensive. I would also call them "low drama." When the installers put on a different shower door handle than what we ordered, we called the office to ask if it could be replaced with the one we ordered. I talked with Chris about it, and he looked into what happened. He explained that even though they had ordered the handle we requested, their supplier had sent the standard package. He said he would re-order our handle and call us when it came in to schedule putting it on. True to his word, about a week later we got a call saying the handle had arrived and asking when we would like to schedule the install. A dude came out as scheduled, and installed the new handle in just a few minutes with a smile on his face. Would it have been better if they had noticed the handle order discrepancy before initial install? Sure, but mistakes are inevitable, and how they handled the situation was perfect. They have earned our trust as a result. We have already recommended them to someone else looking for a new shower door, and would definitely hire them again. read more

I contacted several glass fabricators seeking 4 glass pieces to replace mirrored pieces with clear glass in a large coffee table. This is for the lower portion of the coffee table because we wanted to see more of the new area rug we recently put under the table. Called office yesterday and talked to the owner (Chris). Have been having issues with glass shower door. Chris said he would get in touch with Kyle who works on these "adjustments". Within an hour Kyle called and scheduled a visit. Came this morning! Looked at door hinge and initially thought he would need to replace but thought he might try to repair. About 30 minutes later he walked out of the closed bathroom door and said, "all done!" Such a great experience! Kyle is upbeat, personable & knowledgeable! Exceptional glass installed our shower enclosure too high. They returned to lower the door and drilled yet another set of holes in our custom tile, but the enclosure still was mounted too high and leaked badly. Their solution was to install an adhesive backed vinyl fin to the door, which looked horrible. They did promise to fix it with a more permanent solution, but then waited seventeen months and sent us a bill without completing the job. read more

I was quite disappointed with Exceptional Glass. I ordered two shower doors from them after having them on site for measurements. They promised me installation in 5 business days after our quote. On their installation day, they showed up with only one of the doors ready. When I asked what the situation was with the other door, their installers said it wasn't ready for pickup yet. However when I called in to ask for an updated timeline, I was told they hadn't even ordered the glass yet. Their excuse was that they didn't think I wanted the second door since we had spent most of our time discussing the master bathroom door. They took no responsibility for the error, nor apologized, nor attempted to expedite the order to save me time, money, or headache. On the morning of the scheduled second installation, I got a call 30 minutes before they were scheduled to arrive saying that once again the glass was not ready. I had already cleared my schedule for them and they did not give the courtesy of any advance notice. Finally a day later I received a call asking if I could be on site in 45 minutes for an install. I had to rearrange another day around their poor planning and inability to communicate. Again, there was no apology, no attempt to make things right, and no recognition that they had wasted my time and money. I would never use Exceptional Glass again nor would I recommend them to anyone looking to do home renovation. Good contractors are uncommon these days, and Exceptional Glass proves this, they do not value your time, they are inconsiderate, and they are unprofessional. Look elsewhere. read more

We recently moved into our house and have a shower/tub that has an angled ceiling in addition to shelving in the back that extended all the way out so I had a very specific idea in mind when it came to actually enclosing the shower that involved having the glass run parallel to the slope of the ceiling and worked with Exceptional Glass to make it happen! They were super easy to work with and came onsite for measurements and 8 days later I now have my custom frameless shower panel and a useable shower. Highly recommend this place! read more

I had a glass shower door that was dragging on the bottom sill of my shower, making it very hard to open. I called exceptional glass because of their good reviews to see if they could do a repair. After asking me some questions over the phone, they made arrangements to come over the next day to see if they could if they could fix it. They arrived on time and with a mask on. Even though, they had not installed the shower, they fixed the problem for me. I will definitely call Exceptional Glass when I need a new shower enclosure. My husband and I had two glass shower doors in a recently purchased home that needed repairs. The glass doors were hitting on each other and needed some adjustments. After trying unsuccessfully to get a different glass company to fix them, I called Exceptional Glass. I read their positive reviews on Yelp so we had them do the work, and are very glad we did. Kyle came to look at the problems and was able to adjust one door perfectly. The other shower needed to have one side of the door replaced so Kyle measured and ordered it. The glass came in in a couple weeks and was installed by two very skilled technicians. The communication between their office and their servicemen was excellent, and their work was outstanding. After working with a different glass company to get these problems resolved - with no luck, it was refreshing to find a company that was so competent, prompt and professional.
