Reviewing these people is complicated. Their problem, it seems, is they are severely understaffed for customer service purposes, and when customer contact is not convenient for them ... well, then the customer just gets ghosted --- not reply-delayed, but totally ghosted. Seriously. There already is a review reflecting this. But the problem is not black and white because, when they ARE flesh and blood (i.e. not ghosts), and they are on the job initially, they are personable, concerned about doing a good job, and their work product is decent. So they are NOT crooks. But the problem arises if you need them to do additional work or make adjustments after the job is done. In my case my job needed secondary work --- NO FAULT of theirs, just extra improvements/corrections that I was willing to pay for. They ghosted me. No reason. Just ignored hone calls and the extra work. I won't list number of calls and emails made and appointments ignored. But it was unacceptable. Times are rough. Labor is unavailable and demand is high. So I have to acknowledge this. But ghosting a good customer is not acceptable practice. I therefore do not recommend these people, because regrettably they are not reliable. I almost gave them a 2 star review for this reason, but that was too harsh. But I reluctantly do not recommend someone who you cannot count on to support their own installation. read more

He provided a fair quote for a shower glass install and seemed to have a legit business, so I signed contract and provided precise drawing with dimensions for him to order shower door (although he never sent drawings with his quote). He was unresponsive for 10 days after saying he would provide shop drawings within "a couple days." Eventually sent shop drawing that did not match what was sketched nor read any dimensional info in the email/contract. I was very patient and polite throughout the process. He then texted out of the blue to cancel the job altogether 3 weeks after he quoted the job and over 2 weeks after I signed contract . Waste of 3 weeks. Luckily he did not require any deposit or this would be a bigger issue. He seems nice but maybe he just overbooked himself. I try to give people benefit of the doubt, but I would definitely not recommend based on my experience. read more

Seems like this business has imploded. I called to get a quote, and they came on time for that. Then they disappeared. No quote. No answer to numerous emails and phone calls. Maybe my job wasn't big enough for them, but really. Terrible customer service. Terrible communication. As in next to none. Drove out to the shop to discuss the bid in person, only to discover that the business address on yelp is a mobile home park. Sorry to say I am taking my business elsewhere. We used Fabian and his work turned out wonderful. I will tell you this he is a wonderful business owner and a man with allot of integrity. Something happened after they completed the job and it made a spot on my white subway tile. Our tile guy said no big deal he could fix it with apoxy and you would not notice. My husband took a picture of it and sent it to Fabian. The next day Fabian handed my husband our check back and said he would not accept it until our tile guy fixed it and he would then deduct that off the bill! Our tile guy fixed it no problem and you can't even tell at no charge. Needless to say usually when something goes wrong they cash your check and you never see them again. Not Fabian. Fabian was able to come out to see the project the very day I first contacted him. He then provided the lowest cost quote but was selected based on referrals and his reviews on Google and Yelp. During the design phase they made suggestions but were also open to ideas such as embedding the glass walls into the tile and using some brackets backwards to allow the glass to be positioned optimally. They worked around the tile installation contractors to lay down sacrificial tracks before tile then replace those later with lower profile ones that were hidden completely below the grout lines. It was obvious that his team had worked together many times. They were professional and extremely competent. They also laid down drop cloths to protect our carpets, did all the cutting outside but even that was vacuumed up afterwards. I've worked with contractors for 40 years and this team is one of the best I've seen. I would recommend them heavily and would definitely use them again. read more

After getting our standing shower pulled out and beautiful tile put in, the last step was finding a custom frameless shower door to be able to use it! Given the small shower size, we were mostly ignored by another local company (likely the $$ wasn't worth their very important time) and were referred to another company with terrible reviews. So I searched and found Fabian who seemed to have a fantastic track record. They were at our house the day after I called for a quote and 8 days after that I had a beautiful custom door installed and ready to use at a very reasonable price. First, let me say that we just completed an entire home renovation working with at least 10 different contractors and installing our frameless shower doors was the last thing we needed to do. We did our usual, called 4-5 companies that had good reviews and had them come give us an estimate. All the companies but DCG told us it would be several days before we got an estimate back and then at least 2 to 2 1/2 weeks before the doors would be ready to install. This was for our newly built & tiled master shower and we were anxious to use it after 3 months of home improvements. DCG just happened to be the last company i called for an estimate. They came out and asked me questions that no other company had asked, for example what kind of shower door handle I wanted. Really? Hadn't thought about that and not one of the other companies asked me that question. I said i didn't really know and Fabian quickly handed me a book with several handles to look at and even made a suggestion that i liked AND it happened to be the least expensive. He took the time to answer all my questions & told me he'd have an estimate back either that evening or by the next day which he did & that he could have the glass ready to install within 5-6 business days. I told my husband after Fabian left that i was sure he would be too expensive since he seemed the most put together company we had give us an estimate (and this included some other very big names). When we got his estimate we were pleasantly surprised and hired him right away. Well yesterday he installed our shower doors with his partner Miguel (sp?). In 3 hours they were done & all we could do was stand back and say WOW!!! Their attention to detail was top notch & they were both personable & professional. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and am willing to do something i have never done before with a YELP review.
