Lifesaver!!! Max just saved me thousands of dollars and countless hours of work by deep cleansing my tile floors!! The tile was so disgusting and I thought I was going to need to rip it out and replace it. I had tried to remove the stains on the tile myself and I tried everything: chemicals, razor blades, deck brushes and knives to remove the grim. Unfortunately, this tile has a texture on it that holds in the dirt. Max arrived and got to work quickly on the tile. My toddler and I watched the magic happen before our eyes!! We couldn't believe the grim melted away in seconds. He used a two step process to clean the tile then the grout lines. Also, Max treated our carpet's main traffic areas with his legendary steam cleaning. Toddler approved!! The stains from pink goop, potty training and black marker came out before our eyes!! My toddler and I were relieved and amazed to say the least. I had done the best that I could with my mini-steam cleaner I own, but it is nothing compared to Max's work. Absolutely phenomenal! I moved into a condo and the previous tenant left it a wreck. The carpets (a light tan color) were almost black with dirt. Max came and assessed the areas, told me because they were so dirty he would do his best but not to expect the carpet to look brand new given their condition. I completely understood and told him I did not expect any miracles given how dirty they already were. Well Max performed a miracle! They are SO. CLEAN!!!!!!! I was so shocked at how bright and clean the carpets are. And the price was super reasonable. Max and his partner (his son maybe?) were super quick, very friendly and professional. He moved around furniture to ensure he didn't miss a spot, and even put together my brand new couch that was just delivered (the delivery guys unfortunately arrived at the same time so Max had them leave it on the landing so he could properly clean the living room and then moved the couch into the living room for me when he was finished). The best part is that my carpets weren't soaking wet when he was finished, just a little damp but I could easily walk on them. Max Steam is reasonably priced and has done an excellent job cleaning our carpet, and steam cleaning our tile floor. I was worried about a stain coming back through and he said if it does to call and let him know. A man that warrants his work because he does it right the 1st time. Previously used a different company and the carpet felt crunchy & was left with an odor, but with Max Steam I did not experience either of that! Not to mention the grout in between our tile floor is now the original color again! I am very satisfied with their services and highly recommend them! read more

Max & Alex just completed an excellent job of window, track and screen cleaning! Max apologized for arriving only a few minutes late. He did a walk-thru to assess the job and confirmed the same very reasonable price he had estimated prior to arriving at the job site. (Note that one estimate I received was more than double Max's price!) During the job, gardeners unexpectedly arrived to trim bushes under a few windows, but Max & Alex pleasantly dealt with the inconvenience. They worked diligently on one window that required a razor blade to remove oxidation or calcification caused by an outside sprinkler. They were neat and tidy. We inherited a house that was in bad condition. After painting and replacing the carpet we needed tile floors steam cleaned including grout, and all windows, screens and tracks cleaned. The owner met with me and gave me a very reasonable estimate. He guaranteed satisfaction. We scheduled the job a week later and his crew was at the house at 9:30am until about 5:00pm and did an outstanding job. Max was out of town but had his wife there to meet me and make sure everything was to our satisfaction. In a few months we will have the team come to our house and do the same thing. I'm sure they would do an outstanding job on carpeting also. Note that they protected the new carpeting and paint and did not damage anything which was important to us since the house is now ready for staging and photographs. read more
