On June 24, 2023 we had GLENN FISHER from TRI-COUNTY APPRAISALS, INC visit our home. He appraised…read morethe house for 282,000. Upon receiving this we immediately appealed as this was MUCH lower than our expectation. Upon sound reasoning submitted to him in the appeal he refused to budge on his mistake and only upped the appraisal amount by 6,000 to 288,000. Having no recourse for a second appeal we were forced to get and pay for another appraisal. In total we had two appraisers come in the weeks following Glenns report. One Appraisal was for 385,000 and the other for 395,000. There is NO way he should be that much off unless he truly is as incompetent as his appraisal suggests. He was completely negligent, arrogant and biased.
