I messaged Igor on Yelp a few days before we closed on our house to see if he would be able to come out to our house the day we got our keys so he could rekey our doors. He was super accommodating and told me to let him know when we were finally allowed in our house and he would come over. Fast forward to the day we closed, he stopped by at 4:30 pm and was extremely friendly and attentive to our needs. He had to rekey 5 doors in total in an almost 100-year old house. Not an easy thing to do! He was at our home for about 3 hours working away and we were grateful for his service and for allowing us to feel safe in our new home right away. As new homeowners who just dropped a lot of money during closing, we were a little sticker shocked at the total cost, but he was well worth it and he put in a LOT of time and effort re-keying our doors...so we expected to pay a little over $300 anyways. Not sure that this happens always but I was happy it was so quick! The only reason they aren't getting 5 stars is because they didn't confirm my identity (via ID card, etc) before starting the service. I would have thought that was a must-do. It felt a little too easy to have my lock opened. Aside for that potential security miss, the service took less than 5 minutes and I was able to pay with a card. I got an automated reciept immediately to my email. Now, the price..... Since it was an emergency call, the service cost me $102.60 ($95 for the call plus 8% tax). Let's just say I've had my keys attached to me since. I would recommend them and I would use them again in the future!

Someone had given me this guys number because I had lost my keys. Although the price was a good…read moredeal, I ended up not using him because he wanted ME to drive 45min to get the key from him. (I lost my car keys, how do you expect me to get there?) After reviewing his info from google, it says he comes to you day or night, through any emergency. That's great, if it would have been the case...but it wasn't. I contacted him at 8 am and he said to call him in a couple hours. Then said he could have it after 6pm. Not very reliable. Would be a one star but if you're willing to drive to him somehow, the price for a simple key is fair, I suppose.

I did…read moresay that if the service provider (Ely) did the right thing, and fixed the issue, that I would change my review. I honestly didn't expect anything to happen, but I was wrong. Ely is an honest man, and did right by me, and my family. He has gone out of his way to help us with a key issue that we have been going crazy trying to solve. He exceeded my expectations, and changed my initial impression of him. This is a first, and left me glad that people actually still do good, honest business in this country. Thank you for your help sir. I apologize we didn't know more about our vehicle, but we're glad you have the knowledge to fix our only family car. Top notch!
