She was in a horrible situation and these folks saved her. Rebecca and her team were very diligent in vetting potential adopters. I could tell they wanted to make sure our pup would go to a home where she would be loved and cared for the rest of her life. With the new Florida law requiring a monthly physical prescription, getting medications through services like Chewy now means mailing paperwork every single month--an obvious inconvenience for pet owners. This clinic is fully aware of how difficult and time-consuming this process has become and appears to be taking advantage of it by dramatically inflating prices. This feels less like caring for animals and more like exploiting owners who are stuck with fewer options. Completely unethical behavior. I will no longer be bringing my two dogs here and strongly advise others to shop around before overpaying at this clinic.

We've always had good experiences with the staff and with both vets and vet techs. They've always been very helpful and willing to answer all of our questions and address any concerns as well as provide suggestions upon request. They've also been very helpful any times that we've called up with questions (which was helpful in avoiding to have to come in for a visit) I appreciate that we have to option to check in at the front desk and then wait in the car until the exam room is ready for us, rather than wait in the small waiting area with other pets and pet owners. Honestly, the only reservations that we've ever had is that some visits have been a bit more expensive than expected, particularly when we've had to come in for vaccinations every 3 weeks for the puppy and have to pay the exam fee each time. That being said, they did at least turn each of those visits into opportunities to answer questions and make sure everything has been going well-- but I would like the option to just bring him in for his shots and then head home without paying that extra fee each time. But even this won't be an issue once he's had all his shots.

We send our corgis Otis and Simon there multiple days a week so they can enjoy themselves while we are at work instead of being bored at home alone. The gang at Eastman's always has different themes throughout the week that feature fun toys, treats, and activities for all the dogs in their care. They take tons of photos and share them with you and on their social media so you can enjoy the activities your pets are participating in. Otis is not super sociable with other dogs so they take special care to have some solo playtime with him and Simon so that he can still have some fun in an environment that doesn't stress him out or endanger him or the other dogs. Eastman's also has a separate area for cats and they look after other types of pets too if I remember correctly. If you wanna trust anyone with your 4 legged loved ones, this is the spot.

Called them about a foot/toe growth on my 13 year old yorkie. was told by Mount Dora Veterinary Hospital is definitely cancer and that they wanted $1200+ to just run some pre-tests on Mia. All Creatures Animal Hospital, did everything for $914(surgery and all). Mount Dora Veterinary Hospital didn't even have any experience with the procedure, and they told me it was definitively cancer and to just make her comfortable for the next few months. it's been 4 months and its been now 2+ weeks since the surgery. Stitches out, and she is back to our normal 2 mile walks a day. All Creatures Animal Hospital is an incredible place with supremely nice people. Mount Dora Veterinary Hospital appear to have basic if not any knowledge of the animals they diagnose and they charge more than any clinic I've ever experienced or heard about.
