Lot's of brewery choices in Fort Collins, this one is a must visit. Great beer, which is not always the case with new breweries. Great space inside and out as well as a great staff.They do a very good job of having events and fun activities so if your local they keep it interesting and different. We check out every brewery we can and have been to almost 250 in Colorado. My fiancé and I came to Maxline for the first time last weekend. We showed up for the flingin' pots mug making class and ended up staying and enjoying the patio and beer. Service was fast and friendly, they have a lot of space so it was busy but didn't feel too cramped, we each had 2 beers and they were all delicious, and everything was very clean. We will be back and bringing friends! Also - they sell Dot's pretzels! My absolute favorite snack food. read more

Maxline feels like the kind of place that I could come to to hang out any day of the week and get something different out of it every time. I tried the Irish Red and it was pretty solid - there are several other rotating beers that sound interesting. The food truck that was there the day I went worked directly with the bar to incorporate some of the beers into his food. This brewery is first class all the way! Great beer, great staff, and an obvious concern for the safety of their guests during this COVID mess. If you're looking for a brewery with a great patio space, or a wonderful taproom, this is the place to start. Yes, they require you to wear a face mask, which is the law in the City of Fort Collins, so if you're one of the few folks that don't care about others you should probably look elsewhere. Hard to find, behind the Joann fabrics. Very friendly staff a small but interesting selection of beer and a nice food truck outside. Lots of seating for groups. We tried all eight beers they had on tap and my favorite was the white IPA. read more

We had a great experience at Maxline today. The service was top notch and efficient. The beers were great, all of them, especially the blueberry lime sour and the boysenberry habanero wheat. Love this place ! However I am giving it a lower star review and I will tell you why! One of our dumb friends went kind of behind the bar to tell someone to put a hockey game on the tv ( yea I agree 100% do not do that you idiot ). Some lady ( short hair Karen) came out and yelled at him , threatened him and treated him like he was going to murder someone. He tried to apologize sincerely and Karen said " I don't appreciate your sarcasm " continued to lay into him . He felt awful and tried to say sorry for making anyone uncomfortable. There was a group of bystanders who saw the whole thing and went out of their way to say that he handled it so well and she was so out of line. It's very simple . You walk up to Someone and you say no" do not go behind the bar it's not allowed." You never continue to belittle the customer when they are apologizing. Horrible management. Will not Comeback, learn how to be a manager abs talk to people . read more

Gunna retract my 5 star post! The one guy there who is a bald headed white guy is awesome personality well spoken great guy. There a dark haired guy who is rude and not so friendly. Maxline Brewing has a great atmosphere. My dog was warmly welcomed, so that's always a plus! The crowd that Maxline attracts is fun and easy going. The only downside of my visit was that it was crowded inside and the heaters weren't turned on outside - so I was a bit chilly. Other than that, I would definitely come back and recommend! We recently hosted our wedding rehearsal dinner in the new event space at Maxline. Maxline made this event perfect. The staff at Maxline made planning so easy- communication was fast and they were so open to anything & everything that we wanted to include in our event. They also set up the entire event for us and it looked perfect and beyond what we had imagined. The event ran without a hitch because of the attention to detail of the Maxline staff. We have always loved Maxline as a place to grab and beer with friends, but now we love Maxline even more. Good beer? Yep. Good atmosphere? Yep. Invited my first time and had never heard of it. Place was dead (just opened) - not a great sign- EXCEPT - the beer was good, and the bartenders & owner were entertaining. Tried most every beer via flights. Some better than others - but all well made. Imperial Brown and ESB went down well. 2nd time: Beer STILL good, people still good - not packed but busy. IPA and something, something, something...etc -- yeah, I didn't drive home. Yesterday: Couldn't find a place to park, inside and outside was packed, Pizza truck a'rockin , everyone happy. (p.s Beer still good). Not generally a fan of Saisons -- however, had the Raspberry Basil and enjoyed it. Wood infused stout! Nice. Only place I've seen in the FTC that has "Crowlers" (pick a tap beer, they pour into a tall boy can and vacuum seal!") -- Fresh TAP beer poured and bottled onsite. BOOM. read more

Great little "hidden" neighborhood brewery with good beer. I've only been there once so far but I'm a big fan. It looked like they were expanding their outdoor area when we visited so I can't wait to check it out again. There was a food truck out front when we visited (more like a german food stand). I like to find small breweries off the beaten path to visit when I'm not up for crowds on a busy night in old town. This seems like it would be one of those places, but I'm not sure how busy they get on Friday or Saturday evenings yet. read more

First time here, I was completely ignored by staff when my glass was empty for over 15 minutes. Gentleman next to me was asked for another drink as soon as his glass was needing a refill. I have not for many years, but was a bartender for over 10 years. I love to take care of people in the service industry and I have the means to do so. I stopped in this morning and sampled several of their beers, which were excellent (most particularly the Irish Red and Raspberry Basil Saison), all the while taking with the owner, who shared the interesting (and inspiring) story of how Maxline got started, as well as its commitment to not only great beer but fostering community and promoting culture in Fort Collins.
