During recent visits, I've had to remind staff of missed steps, and my last two appointments were mishandled, either the second service was forgotten or not communicated properly. At my most recent visit, the same technician as last time seemed unaware of social cues. I was clearly reading a book and hoping for a quiet session, but she kept interrupting with questions, so I had to put it away. I also had to tell her multiple times that she was being too aggressive, despite me directly saying "this is uncomfortable and I am not enjoying this", she didn't adjust her approach. I'm now left with broken skin. Condescendingly when applying the polish she added a question "does this hurt." I don't think this tech is licensed. Meanwhile my second service was completed I had to remind the 'tech' to add the clear coat. When it came time to check out I noticed they added an unadvertised additional fee. Still giving them a 20% tip this was a stressful servicing. It may be time for a new fav salon.

I'm diabetic so I'm always a little reluctant to get my feet done. Because one cut can lead to a bunch of issues, which has occurred in the past. The girl who did my feet was nice, but she didn't understand what I was saying. So when she clipped my cuticles it was a little painful. I needed this pedicure,be so I sucked it up. Besides the pain, she did a good job. My feet were smooth afterwards, and my little piggies were looking brand new. Lol. Our full sets went pretty smoothly. My tech Lana was nice also. We conversed and she made me feel comfortable. I didn't understand what she was saying at times , so when we discussed the shape, she said square square, and I said yes! Well now my nails are ultra squared and it's my fault. Lol. They kinda look like teeth. Lesson learned. I really like their glitter gel polishes and all the color choices. I chose green and red, which afterwards I realized looked really Christmas like. Lol. But I did sorta like them. Picking colors takes me forever. My girls nails looked really good. Their techs did good jobs, and they were happy. I like Clover because they get you in and out. The nail techs are nice, and it was clean inside. I'd return for future fills. It's pretty pricey nowadays. A pedicure and full set will run you about $100 , but I guess that's the standard now. But I do enjoy being pampered, so it was worth it. Check them out!!

Her shop was super clean and well kept, and she even gives you a buffer and nail file to take home as she uses brand new files for each manicure. I loved that extra step of cleanliness. I got a gel manicure, but she provides all kinds of beauty services as far as nails, pedis, and hair styling. This is definitely a one stop shop for all of your pretty girl needs. My cuticles were not trimmed well, but most disappointing and infuriating was the deluxe, zero foot/calf massage, pedi for $70! The gentlemen (very friendly)who started on my feet was moved to another customer midway so, another nail tech finished up what he started. Very disappointing. I'm not the kind to make a scene. I just won't return. That was my last time. The previous pedicure I had started chipping off the next day (maybe old polish due to the thickness). It does seem like the service here has gone down from when I started coming here over 10 yrs ago. And now $70 pedicure with zero massage is a bit ridiculous. It's not as if service has experienced an uptick in costs. It hasn't. As a retired cosmetologist, I know the steps of a pedicure, how to service and give great results for repeat business.
