She has rescheduled or had to cancel on me 3xs in a row and once or twice in the past. It's at the point where I can't keep going bc I genuinely don't know if that appt is set in stone or not. I don't have texts of the very first time she rescheduled, but she was feeling sick. She posted on her IG that she would be rescheduling appts for the next couple days but never reached out to me. I texted her and asked if I was one of the appts that needed to be moved and she confirmed I was. If I hadn't seen her story tho I wouldn't have known to not come. Most recently though, it was for my bridal shower brows in Feb. Luckily we were able to reschedule but her reasoning was a bit weird - her bf broke up with her. I've been heartbroken before so I get it sucks but moving appts for that reason gives clients a sense of inconsistency and unprofessionalism. Second time was March for my bachelorette. She was feeling under the weather. Understandable, so we just used that deposit for my wedding brows. That appt never happened bc she had an emergency with her grandma. I'm not an unreasonable person, I get life happens but at this point it seems like she has a lot going on and might not be able to handle the volume of appts she has. She's the business owner so she can reschedule and cancel appts as she pleases, but if you're looking for someone who is consistent then maybe look elsewhere especially if you've got an important event.

I went to see Natalie yesterday in order to get another persons work corrected. I had horrible,…read moremismatched eyebrows and had waited a year for them to fade enough to get worked on. I sent Natalie photo and she said she believed they had gotten light emphatic do the corrections. When I go there she explained the process and gave me multiple options for correction. She wanted to make sure I was aware of all my options and chose what was best for me. Once she got started with measuring and drawing the correct shape based on my face, she told me she would not recommend just doing the cover up. Because of the multiple colors used by the previous person, she would have to go way too dark for my complexion. I'm blond with green eyes and she said it would be so dark it just would not look right. She then went over the process for saline removal and asked me what I wanted to do. She could've easily just covered them up and fixed the shape like I asked, but she took the time to explain to me how I would regret it. I went ahead and did a session of saline removal, which took her the same amount of time as the coverup would've taken, and it's 1/3 the price. Granted, I'll like need several more sessions to get the previous inks out, she was upfront about that too. But she could've just taken the bigger service fee and sent me on my way. If you're like me and got screwed over my someone else, come see Natalie. She can help! I won't post my jacked brows bc I don't want anyone to mistake them for her work. Trust me, they're awful.

I somehow came across their Instagram and instantly fell in love! Making an appointment was super easy and they're in the cutest salon in La Habra ! My family…read morehad a bit of hard time in the beginning because it was such a change for my face and because I went darker since I learned from my big sis that they fade over time, but they look wonderful and I love them. I just went for the "free" touchup and they are darker again, but Jenny fixed a couple little areas where the ink didn't take. But really they still looked marvelous. Love waking up and only using a little shadow and an eye liner on the bottom. Jenny is so terrific. Her shop is clean and modern. It was a little hard to find since the name of her shop is different on the street sign. It's in the shopping center in the Pizza Hut building. I can't wait to save up some money and get my eye liner and lips done. Jenny worked to ensure that I loved my brows before I left (both times) and didn't rush at all. It was uncomfortable at times but Jenny did all she could to ensure the procedure was as comfortable as possible. Jenny is so kind and gentle. You won't be disappointed.
