I had tried Brazilian sugaring once before and I did not have a very good experience. When I found Renee and learned she did Brazilian waxing I decided to try it one more time and I am so glad I did. She works quickly and efficiently plus she was super calm despite my own nervousness and multiple questions. Her office is super cute, clean and she has so many great products to offer. THE ABSOLUTE WORST PERSON IN THE INDUSTRY!!! Save yourself as a bride from stress, anxiety and unprofessionalism. I wish I could give ZERO stars. She is all about money, and lets you know nothing is up for negotiation. She shuts down your ability to communicate. She let me know 3 weeks before my wedding of price increased. At the begging she said she wouldn't need an assistant so there wouldn't be an additional fee. She said she wouldn't need another person to assist and then 3 weeks before my wedding she said there would be an additional $250 charge. I never negotiated, I asked a question. Renee did not do any favors for me. I don't put a price on peoples work. I would never feel different after the wedding. She made a bride feel like absolute crap, and caused the most stress in ha wedding process. I work with many vendors in all aspects and never once worked with one as awful as her. After I cancelled my services, Renee texted me apologizing for how she came across. Save your mental health, time and energy with this unprofessional person. She will only go back and forth with you.
