We were in the area and hungry so we stopped in for a quick dinner. The first thing that impressed us was the service. A very warm welcome by our server. Since it was our first time he explained the menu and the most popular. We had pad Thai, nice size portion and very flavorful. We also had masaman curry, it was just ok. I felt it needed more flavor and less onions. The place was packed when we left. A very nice, cozy restaurant and would definitely go back.

Maya Thai came to South Florida to bless us with authentic Halal Thai cuisine. Food was great. Service was really good. Food was fresh and flavorful. They have been open for less than a month and they were super busy. Casual spot that although is small can accommodate big groups. The menu has a variety of items to choose from. My favorite dish that I reccommend you try is the Summer roll appetizer! Fresh, crisp, refreshing with a zingy ginger peanut sauce. Justin was our server and he's excellent! Very attentive, lively, accommodating, and fast! I love how he remembered my mom from a previous visit. One very unique aspect of this restaurant is that there is a prayer room available. These are very common in restaurants abroad in the UAE and was so nice to have this space to accommodate those who want/need to pray. The issues that we encountered during our visit and room for improvement that I saw was... we had found hair in the rice. When we brought up to the owners attention, it was immediately replaced. I only saw one very busy server. There were a few others helping bringing food from the kitchen but I didn't see anyone really taking orders and servicing the tables like Justin. Someone with his energy is what this place needs. Excited to try their other menu food items. Definitely get the Thai Iced Tea!

Our go to location for Thai food. Always fresh and flavorful with great friendly service. The spice level here hits a little stronger than some other restaurants so start by trying a level lower than you may normally enjoy. There is a constant flow of people each time we have visited for dinner so they get pretty busy and food can take some time, but they don't skimp on freshness or flavor so the wait is worth it.

My husband and I came here on a Friday evening after work. He heard that a new Thai restaurant had opened in the area and he wanted to give it a try. When we walked in there were many vacant seats, some that can seat large parties and some for smaller parties. Upon entering the restaurant we were immediately greeted and told to sit anywhere. We waited for a few minutes and the waiter came to give us menus. The menu has a few option but nothing too overwhelming. We chose shrimp dumplings, volcano chicken and the drunken noodles. My husband ordered a Thai Iced Tea and I opted for a Coke Zero. When we first entered there were many vacant seats, within a few moments, the restaurant was filled with laughter from families, children and friends. Some music in the background would've been nice but I felt that the talking wasn't overwhelming at all. The restaurant was packed, not a single vacant table.. Once our food came out, I knew it was going to be amazing. We opted for medium spice level and it was perfect and yes it had a kick to it. All of our food came out with great temperature and AMAZING flavor. Unfortunately our shrimp dumplings didn't come out.. this was the only downside.. the manger was so accommodating, he apologized so many times.. things happen.... however he fixed the issue and it was ok. The staff was so accommodating, they stopped by our table every once in a while to pick up dishes and check to see if all was well. Overall, an evening well spent... I love supporting businesses that put the customer first and for this reason, we will be back soon! Customer service 5/5......Food 5/5......

Best Pad Thai in Ft. Lauderdale! The owners are so kind, welcoming, and attentive, you can really feel the love they put into their food and service. This is a new restaurant in the area, and it's such a gem! Everything is 100% halal/kosher, which makes it a great option for everyone. Their mango sticky rice is absolutely delicious, perfectly sweet and creamy. The atmosphere is cozy, clean, and inviting. Definitely a must-try spot for authentic Thai food!

Excellent experience! New Thai spot in Pembroke Pines and they are also Halal! The restaurant itself was spacious and accommodating for larger parties and the staff and service was excellent. Justin our server was very attentive and explained the menu throughly and also walked us through some specialties including the basil fried rice. He was the best in also making sure we had the best first experience. The spice levels are in Thai levels so medium has a kick but balanced. Mohammad the owner was very kind and also visited our table a few times to make sure we were being taken care of.

This time around there was barely any parking available in the shopping center but luckily there was only a wait of about 20-30 minutes. We were seated, greeted and served very quickly. This time around I came with a few friends and to start we had the papaya salad (not spicy {we forgot to add spice}), and the chicken wings. Both dishes were very fresh. As my main dish I ordered the Pad Woon Sen with shrimp and one of my friends ordered the Pad Thai with chicken (spicy). Both dishes were incredible and I would order them again. To drink I ordered a Thai iced tea which was rich and silky. And for dessert we shared an order of the mango sticky rice which was so flavorful and delicious.

I'm sure weekends are always like this and there's a reason people come in. Our waitress was quick, friendly and attentive. All of our food came out promptly. Great service! We ordered spicy edamame and crab wontons as appetizer. The edamame were tossed in the very delicious sauce. The crab wontons were the perfect crisp and the filling was also very very good. As my entree, I ordered salmon volcano served over steamed veggies and a side of white rice. It was sooo flavorful and I'm so happy I have leftovers that I will devour tomorrow. I also ordered the Thai iced coffee and it was one of the best iced coffees I've tried. After we finished our meals we decided on fried cheesecake with vanilla ice cream and strawberries for dessert. From the outside, it is a small strip mall shop that houses a restaurant... but the great quality and freshness of all the food we ordered, certainly set this restaurant apart We ordered some spring rolls straight away and they were so good and deliciously warm that o didn't even take a picture! There is 4 small rolls to a portion and they were a great appetizer. I opted for the sushi roll with the shrimp tempura, avocado and asparagus and it was huge and delicious! I also tasted some of my friend's chicken fried rice and that was very good as well. We also ordered the beef salad and it looked excellent but I was so full, I didn't taste any! For drinks I had the Jasmin tea and it was fragrant and delicate- very yummy! Overall, service was prompt and very fast and cordial and our experience was excellent ! No wait - many tables- despite it being a Sunday lunch, this jewel or a restaurant was available and ready to receive us so we were very happy for that! They also boasted a very extensive sushi and Thai menu as well as many other Asian favorites so do come on in and enjoy some excellent food and service!

It came in a small container. Upon closer inspection, what I saw in the container was 6 rolls and a skinny piece of shrimp randomly placed. It looked like garnish rather than a part of my roll. I am a big fan of sushi and I have lived in the area for over 20 years. Sushi spots tend to be a little pricey out here but the rolls are large and filling. This roll left me feeling like I didn't even eat because not only is it only 6 pieces, it was also thin. To make matters worse, that little piece of shrimp was super fishy. I took one tiny bite and it made me gag!!! The roll itself was good but rest assured I will never order that again. $12 should AT LEAST BE 8-10 pieces because what's inside, 6 tiny pieces of avocado, a little bit of fake crab, and one skinny piece of shrimp about the length of my thumb wrapped with a few thin pieces of cucumber. Come on!!!!

We recently moved to the are and are trying out different sushi spots to find our family favorite. We ordered some apps - toro special, uni sushi, foie gras sushi, edamame, crispy rice, egg drop and miso soups - all of those were excellent. We ordered 4 special rolls and they were very bland, they need sauces to round out the flavor and balance the rolls out, as well as make the presentation better. They all looked very "regular" and tasted very "regular". The waitress was amazing, and on the evening we came she was on her own and running around a busy restaurant all on her own but she made it work and made us feel well taken care of. The fish itself was very fresh and tasty but the special rolls need some updates. Hopefully the special menu which changes all the time will include rolls with perfectly paired sauces to make them special. These were full portions, and too big for us in one sitting. I ordered medium, which tasted pretty mild in restaurant, but my leftovers the next day were spicy (and so delicious)! So if you're the type of person to bring half your meal home, I highly recommend you order one level down from your normal tolerance. The second time I went for lunch, and got the red curry. The menu said it came with miso soup or salad, and I asked for miso soup but the woman gestured up to the small salad bar. Turns out, that day was chicken soup, and I'm pretty happy about it because I don't think I would have ever thought to order chicken soup from a Thai restaurant. I had two bowls, and I would have gotten more if I wasn't trying to leave room for my entree. It didn't work out anyway; even the lunch portion was huge, so half came home. Unbelievable deal, I think with tax and tip (I think I tipped $4?) my total was still only $16 and change. The service is phenomenal, the restaurant is clean, and they have won my heart.
