    Fresh Spring Roll

I have been coming to this spot for years! It is your typical sushi spot. There is a waterfall in the middle and everything is very clean and inviting. This is my parents go to neighborhood sushi spot. I came here on a Monday night around 9pm with my mom. It was easy to find parking right in front and we got a table right away. I love that it's been the same waitress so it is always a familiar face. To start we got a miso soup and a hot sake. I love how there is a lot of tofu in there you can get some basically in every bite. Then we got the sashimi appetizer, the fresh spring rolls, and the eel rainbow roll. The sashimi appetizer was fresh and it comes with 9 pieces easy to share. My favorite dish of the night was the fresh spring rolls. I love the fresh veggies and the sweet sauce that comes with it. My mom loves to come here for the eel rainbow roll. Love the cream cheese with the eel and the fresh fish on top. I would say that this spot is great to get your neighborhood sushi fix not super fancy but good food.

Great service, very friendly, felt welcome. Started with the House Wonton Soup as an appetizer, delicious and large enough for a full meal. Then tried two rolls, both were flavorful and fresh. Liked the crab dynamite topping on my California Roll Deluxe roll, give it a shot, you won't be disappointed.

I hadn't been to Nami Sushi in YEARS! I'm not sure why I stopped going but once I remembered this little gem I decided to stop in for dinner. Whoa...has this their menu changed. It's SO MUCH BETTER than I remember it being. They still had the rolls I used to order all the time (Green Hornet & Off Da Chain) but they've expanded their menu so much to include Japanese, Chinese and Thai. The atmosphere was just like I remembered it. Very chill spot to get amazing food. The service was excellent. Our waitress Alicia was fantastic and made some really good recommendations. We had an order of the edamame, a Harry Hand Roll & the dishes that blew me away were the Deep Ocean Roll & Blue Crab Fried Rice! Definitely recommend those two options. I'm so happy I rediscovered this place and can't wait to start frequenting it again often!

Nami is always solid. I work nearby, and this is my once-in-while-treat for lunch. It's healthy, clean, delicious, and they have a ton of sushi options. I'm not a huge fan of seafood, and they even offer chicken tempura rolls as an alternative. I usually order takeout, and it's always ready quickly. I also get customizations to my sushi, and they're accommodating and nice about it. There are separate doors for the dining room and takeout counter, so make sure you check the signs on the doors. It's a bit expensive at $15-18 for a normal-sized roll.

If they changed hands, they changed for the better. I got my go to coconut milk soup with shrimp and I went off the limb and got chicken pad Thai. I asked for both to be mild. The soup was a score, but the pad Thai was too spicy. Maybe the guy heard me wrong and thought I said mild for the soup and spicy for the pad Thai when I said no spice on the pad Thai. Those that love spicy will love this. They offer new menus which makes me think there is a change in ownership.

I loved the food it was all fantastic, my fiancé wasn't the biggest fan but I loved everything from the wine to the food. Service was straight there seemed to only be one server, serving like 5 tables so it was tough to get a hold of her but it was cool. The atmosphere was legit to very authentic, my fiancée even praised how we feel in a different part of the world, so mission accomplished.

An unfortunate experience. My sister and I were both craving sushi and I told her about a spot I saw next to the nail shop. It was dim but nice looking so I saved it in my "must try". We ordered for pick up and the process was seamless, we were ready to head home and try our new findings. To my surprise it looked like pre packaged Publix bought sushi. Which, funny enough, it is in a Publix plaza so hmm.. who knows. Nonetheless, it was OKAY sushi. If you're new to eating sushi then you may love it, but as an experienced sashimi and nigiri consumer, I know when the fish is the freshest!

I was very disappointed. Paid $15 for Tuna Tataki and the tuna was terrible quality. They used to serve better tuna. What happened?

I was really in the mood for Orange chicken but couldn't afford. I also think they charge too much for one egg roll. $2.68 was what the guy behind the counter wanted to charge me, just for ONE. I thought it was pretty pricey. And $7 and change for the small box of rice. The rice tasted funny with no bean sprouts. Seemed very greasy too. Lychee Garden rice of Hallandale Beach is SO MUCH better and traditional. I wouldn't come back.

I've been here multiple times and I can honestly say I've never had a bad experience. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and you can tell they genuinely care about the food they're serving. The space itself is clean, simple, and comfortable.... exactly what you want for a casual dumpling spot. Service is efficient, orders come out hot, and the quality is consistent every single visit. We ordered the beef soup dumplings and the chive, pork, and shrimp steamed dumplings. Both were excellent especially if you pair it with the chili crisp oil and dumpling sauce. If you're craving real, comforting dumplings and want to support a local spot that does things right, this place is absolutely worth stopping into. A true hidden gem that delivers every time.

The service is good: the young man asked us if we'd like some black vinegar and hot water (he said yes to me, bringing in my tea, when the restaurant had only one other couple): Thanks. I'm wondering if the creator(s) are from northeast China: the fillings, especially the dumplings, are very solid, and the wontons are chubby. An Asian woman is making the dumplings behind the glass window. The small logo on their black plastic tableware is thoughtful and appreciated.

I came across this place while working out of our Ft. Lauderdale Office and looking for a nice lunch spot. Their tagline is "Authentic Bites" and one you taste the food, you'll see there's truth in advertising. The menu is not extensive but there are really great items throughout. The Appetizers are stellar. The Taiwanese Crispy Pork Chop, hits you upfront with bold Five Spice and perfectly cooked pork. Spare Ribs are tender, flavorful and delicious. The Scallion Pancake and Spicy Cucumber Salad are not to be missed. They're all suitable for sharing but by far my favorite Drunken Chicken is no longer on the menu. It was absolutely fantastic and was always my go to. The classic dumplings are very nice but the Soup Dumplings are small but packed with pork, crab, or chicken. There are eight to an order and you may think I can't finish all this but then it's "that went by fast". I haven't had the Fried Rice but the Noodles are excellent. Dan Dan and Zha Jiang Mian are a must try. If you're looking for something more standard grab the Kung Pao, Mongolian Beef or General Tao's Chicken. Dumpling Panda will always be one of my go to spots for a nice lunch or a relaxing dinner. Here's hoping they bring back the Drunken Chicken or teach me how to make it.
