I've gone to this place more than once and every single time it's the same horrible experience!!! The lady's who work there are rude and completely unprofessional! They seem to be purposely hurting you when they thread your eyebrows I always tell her I want my eyebrows long and thick and always end up with short thin eyebrows never again will I go there!! Normally I would have read yelp reviews before going to a place but I was in a hurry and this place had no one in it. No one was in line, so I should have seen this coming. The lady who threaded my eyebrows was on the phone when I came in. She continued to stay on the phone while doing my eyebrows. She was speaking extremely loudly on the phone practically yelling in a different language. It was so rude! When she was done, I asked her to fix a few spots because she didn't do a great job. Then, when it came time to pay, she asked how much tip I wanted to add. I said I wasn't going to add any tip (obviously) and she then mumbled something under her breath in a different language, sounding very rude and upset. Then she slammed my card down as she handed it back to me, and said "sign it!" as she gave me the receipt to sign. It was one of the rudest experiences I've had. DO NOT GO HERE. read more

I've been here about 5 times. Never had a problem until I recently. First off, she didn't bother cleaning the brow area before she started. When she was finished she didn't even bother to wipe the hairs from my face. I was pleased with the results, so I paid and went on merry way. I decided to come today and get my brows done again. I have thick brows and before I let anyone touch them , I say 'I just want them cleaned up, no shape or arch' . Tell me why this trollop damn near left my brows uneven and bald ??? Not only that but she knicked me in the process and didn't clean my brow area or wipe the excess hair from face. I guess that's why it's only 5.99 . Also, they are not friendly. I dont know their names but the older lady is rude and seems bothered all the time. Like I came here for a service, forgive me for interrupting your conversation with your coworker. Maya threading has always been my go to for a thread. Between this one and the other one in Whittier that's next to the Ralph's and McDonalds. I came to this one needing a thread and being in the area. Walked in and it was one lady and she was on the phone. My sister went before me and she continued talking on the phone while doing her eyebrows. She finished up then it was my turn, I sat down in the chair and she was still on the phone! She started my eyebrows and because she was on the phone she was poking me forcefully which I had to translate as holding my brow for her. She got off the phone midway through, and continued on my eyebrows. But even after she got off the phone I felt like she was rushing through my eyebrow job. It showed after and I had to ask her to fix her mistakes. Overall she obviously wanted to get back to her phone call, and her rushing through showed in the end. I honestly don't know why I ever stopped coming here!!! I used to come since they were located in the other side of the shopping center when they first opened. The owner of that salon was the lady who I would always go to and she always left them just how I like! Overtime I was recommend to "better" salons so I decided to give them a try since with my schedule it was hard for me to make while they were still open. Worse idea after almost a year I ended up with no shape, no arch, bald spots, just mess of eyebrows! I decided to just let them grow out as much as possible (I had two caterpillars for a while) and then find someone to fix them. I walked back in here and they were finally even! Same arch and everything symmetrical!! Like I said I don't know why I ever stopped coming! Ushu (I might have butchered that... This is my first and last time I will come to this place. I should of known it wasn't going to be a good experience. There was no wait for it being a Friday and there was just one lady. I asked her to just clean them up and she thinned them out, not only did she do that but she didn't santitize her hands like other places normally do. I've been to your salon and I'm so satisfied with the outstanding customer service. I love getting my waxing and eyebrows done there. I'm especially delighted with Manjit. She is marvelous at what she does. Manjit always know how to shape my eyebrows just the way I like them. I'm very pleased with her service, I appreciate her making me feel very comfortable when my she's waxing me. She is the best and I will never go with anyone other than her. I have been coming here since high school and almost always leave with such perfect brows. There are multiple ladies here but the main one (don't know her name oops) is the one i always request, only because these other ladies left me with chola looking eyebrows. I've been coming here for years and my experience today was so horrible I'll never come back again. The older woman (who is usually a litle mean) was especially mean today. She kept leaving hairs on my eyebrows and asking if it was okay. As I kept asking her to get the leftover hair she became more rough and actually made my skin bleed. When I sat up to point to left over hair she pushed me back against the chair and ran the thread over the raw and bloody part of my skin. I will never come back here again and I recommend anyone reading this to steer clear and go somewhere else. read more

I walked in with a huge smile on my face because I had received my too faced eyeshadow palette so I didn't give off any bad vibe or anything, Terrible customer service, went in yesterday to do my eyebrows. The lady there is so rude, she didn't welcome me, when she did my eyebrows she slapped my arm do I can hold up my eyebrows, she was talking to her coworker the whole time. Today there was a young lady there in her early 20's that I didn't recognize from previous visits. I decided to get my eyebrow done by her because the other lady was with a client. This girl was super brutal with the threading .she was doing it so harsh ans super fast that she made my upper lip bleed a little. I have a very thick eyebrow and she totally did a horrible job . Her attitude was unfriendly she was not paying attention to what she was doing to me instead she was talking to her co-worker in her Indian language.She knew she was hurting me but she continued. I will never go back to this place ever again in my entire life because of her. I did call to complaint and they wanted me to go back but back for what? she wasn't going to make my eyebrow grow right. Well I don't recommend this place to nobody. They should pay a little more to and get professionals. read more

I've come here several times and use to be pretty satisfied. But The past maybe 4 or 5 times I've come the main lady has been on her phone talking to someone the whole time and she's not a quiet talker. She was practically yelling in my face the whole time and rushed through doing my eyebrows. The last I went a new younger girl did my eyebrows and it took longer than expected so I only got my eyebrows done and not my lip like I had originally wanted. They both gave me a really hard time for writing down on the sign in sheet that I wanted both my lip and eyebrows. If I had time I would have got my lip done too but they kept talking to each other whole doing my eyebrows that i didn't have time for her to do my lip had to leave for work.
