The only reason why I went to here because I was in the area and I desperately needed a fill and a pedicure. My nails have lumps I don't think they went to cosmetology school.Don't go for the nails they cannot shape nails worth anything.. the pedicure was decent nails NO.. I got ear candleing done that was a great experience. The place is called nail spa you should know how to do & shape nails ! Gave a lady a tip she didn't say anything I should I use my tip for when I get back to New York so I can get a real manicurist to shape my nails correctly which now I have to because I can't live with my nails looking like this. read more

let me start off by say I never leave reviews but this time I have to. When I walked in with a friend of mine the owner claimed that there was appointment but only one woman came in. I felt like they were rushing me out, they didn't even file down my old gel nail polish all the way and on top of that they were rude. I will not be coming back any time soon. read more

First time here. Walk-in. Was helped right away. Went for SNS manicure. I'm very particular on how I want my nails done. I prefer them looking most natural. Other salons I've been to haven't done my nails how I prefer. This place did a great job. I believe it was the woman (a female) who did my nails. Salon was clean and quiet. Many choices of SNS colors. Many other polish colors. The pedi chairs looked new and clean. Def will return here again. read more

Awful. Don't waste your money. All the polishes are old and thick. My nails (a simple manicure) turned out different lengths and crooked. I had to re-file and polish when I got home. Cleanliness very questionable. No sanitization of utensils. read more

They gave me a good pedicure however when I got in, I saw my pedicurist take the tools that he had just used on a customer - nail clippers, cuticle pusher etc - and bring it over to use on me. I asked, "Are those the tools you just used on someone else?" He then went and scrubbed them with hand soap in the sink, which is good, but I had to ask him to do that and I REALLY prefer places that put their tools in a sterilizer. read more

I do NOT recommend going here. I always try to give them the benefit of the doubt but they always are sloppy with my nails, I have come here twice to get acrylic nails and the nails pop off in a week. I have also came here to do gel manicures and gel pedicures. They are so messy I should have just done my nails at home. I only come when my other nail technician is busy and definitely a few days ago was the final straw. My appointment was at 10:30 and they made me wait an extra 20+ minutes to get them done. You make an appointment for a reason. So you can get them at the time you both agreed upon. I'd rather be told to come a different time then have to wait and just sit even longer. Also for 30$ a gel manicure that is extremely messy that it looks like a 5 year old did it. Yea no thanks. Never again. I also had to pay 5 extra dollars for them to take off my acrylics which is fine but they RIPPED my acrylics out instead of letting them soak for a while. That place had no lighting and my nails looks fine but once I was outside you could see how messy my nails were and the gel polish was all on my cuticles. They even made cuts on my cuticles. They are sweet people but their work is very messy. read more

This is an update on my previous review. Maybell did honor my gift card after all. I went there today and I was very pleased with my pedicure. The salon is very clean and the personnel are pleasant. A young man did my nails and he did a great job. If it wasn't for original fiasco over gift card I would have given them one more star. Remember I just went for a basic mani-pedi. I don't know how they are with anything else, but for basics they are good and for me they are local. I will be back. read more
