We spent a lot of money for what was supposed to be a relaxing, enjoyable experience. Instead, it was completely ruined when 4 different technicians actually demanded a tip before we even left. I found this behavior extremely rude, inappropriate, and insulting. I always tip generously in cash once everyone's service is done, but being hounded for money on the spot was unacceptable. When I spoke to the manager, I was told that "they work for tips," as if that somehow excuses such behavior. It doesn't. After spending hundreds of dollars, the last thing I expected was to be pressured and embarrassed in front of my family and other patrons. The lack of professionalism and respect was truly disappointing. I will not be returning, and I strongly urge management to train their staff on proper customer service and etiquette.

I asked her if she was able to do the design and she said yes, no problem(with confidence). It came down to doing the design on the picture and it didn't match the photo. I politely asked if we could fix it and Karen became upset and annoyed. She attempted again and it looked worse. I was honest and told her it didn't match the photo. Karen's response: "I can't do it!!! I won't do it!" She became upset and annoyed at me. She didn't offer a solution or another design option she felt she could do on my nail. The rest of the appointment was completely rushed and felt awkward and uncomfortable she wouldn't talk to me or look at me. She didn't even finish my nail treatment and gave me to someone else to do my hand lotion/ massage and hot towel. The salon charged me $10 for a design I did NOT want. I went to leave a tip for Karen on her work station and let her know where I was leaving it and her response was "mhm" and wouldn't look at me. I was completely disrespected and had a TERRIBLE experience. I could have left her no tip and chose to do the right thing! I called the salon to speak with the owner. A man named Steve picked up the phone. He said he is the person you'd speak to for complaints. I told him my experience and how uncomfortable and disrespected I felt. I asked for him to void my credit card payment and he refused. His response was "Karen tries the best she can. If she can't do it she can't do it." I replied: "okay so if a client is disrespected and felt uncomfortable by a nail tech and didn't get what they asked for, they should pay for the service?". Steve was quiet. I told Steve I don't live in NY and don't plan to come back and would like my money back. He refused to give it to me. I don't even think Steve is the owner or manager. I do not recommend going to the salon. The owner isn't willing to do what's right or fair for the customers.

The employees here are always welcoming, and kind. I usually get a spa pedicure, and either a gel manicure or a full set. My pedicure is always up to par, and very relaxing. The pedicure I choose includes a foot scrub with callus removal for any rough spots I might have, hot stone rub with essential oils, followed by a 10 minute foot rub. My feet always feel like a baby's bottom after. My gel manicure or full set always turns out great, last for weeks, and after or during your manicure they give you a back massage as well! The only reason I gave this place 4 stars instead of 5 is because they only have a few employees(3) as far as i know, but yet so many clients. So wait time can feel like forever. Also it's easy to miss, and if you do miss it, it's a bit of hassle to drive back because you can't make a u-turn, you'd have to drive all the way around then bust a u-turn. Needless to say if you're looking for a clean, affordable spa place you should definitely check this one out!

My previous powdered gel manicure was looking tacky, I was way overdue for a manicure. I also needed a pedicure, ASAP. I called to make sure they were open, as today is a holiday (10/09-2023). A very pleasant man answered and asked what service(s) I needed and told me I could come right over. I arrived about 10:30 to a very spacious and super clean salon. Benny greeted me warmly and got right to work. I was pleased that he soaked off the gel instead of filing it off. This is so much better for the health of the nails. Benny was extremely gentle yet thorough with my pedicure. The foot massage was heavenly! I decided to get a regular manicure to give my nails a break. This meant sitting under the dryer to set my nail polish. Remember we used to do that religiously before the gels came along? And of course, one nail was smeared while going into my pocketbook to get my wallet. Benny promptly fixed it for me and was really pleasant about it! I am very happy with how my nails came out and the quality of the service I received. This will be my go to salon when I'm in the Suffolk County area! I look forward to returning.

From the beginning everything was being extremely rushed. The person finished in less than 15 mins. There was a man who was mopping the floor and standing at the door waiting to leave. As I'm sitting to dry my toes the lady at the register asks me to pay now so that she can "close the machine" now it's 6:20pm. So I asked her "what time do you close?" Because now I know they're trying to get me out. The man says 7pm. "My daughter has a fever so we want to leave early" and the child was sleeping on the chair up front. so then why did they agree to take me in when they could've easily told me they were closing early. I would've understood 100% but instead they took me in and rushed and made me feel so uncomfortable. I would not come back.

I had full intentions of returning to be Toms regular but Kim said charge her $5 extra since she is a new customer and we don't know where she came from and had to fix her nails. I informed Kim that I didn't have anything fixed then she went on to say that they only do short nails , which mine are by the way and that they charge extra to shape them. My nails didn't need any shaping it was regular filed as done with any acrylic fill in. You would think as a new customer that I would get red carpet treatment to get me to return but Kim treated me like shit. She told him to charge me regular customer price then "tell her to get out and remember her to not let her back since she caused trouble". I asked her name since she was so rude so I can document in my review and she said "Kim but I don't work here". On Facebook reviews I saw Kim is the owner and had positive reviews so something is shady about this scenario and makes it more clear as to why Tom was taking orders from her. I've been getting my nails done for almost 20 years and never experienced the treatment that Kim gave me.
