Fresh ice cream with plenty of parking. The young ladies working there when I visited seemed to really enjoy their jobs. The prices were not overly inflated: I got a banana split for under $5. I suggest tipping generously. The only down side was that they were out of a lot of flavors. read more

Great ice cream for a great price- family of 5 all had single scoops (which were actually 2 scoops) and price was $10. I would have given them a higher rating if the workers were friendlier. Cheapest ice cream around, with one scoop on a regular cone (or cup) being only $1! Homemade waffle cones. Napkins are available behind the counter, just ask one of the girls and they will grab you some. There are bottled drinks and fountain drinks available for purchase, and a water fountain next to the coolers. The cookies are delicious and only 70¢ for a large one. No public restroom available because the building is shared with EMT's. Over 40 flavors to choose from including no sugar added flavors, yogurts, and sherbets/sorbets. Inside and outside seating available. The hours are 10am-10pm during the summer and when school is in session is is 10am-9pm. the ice cream is gross, freezer burned and low quality. Yes it is ONE dollar but it is only worth one dollar... I would much rather pay 5 bucks for an ice cream that eat that frozen sugar ice. Great place for hand dipped ice cream, but missing basic and obvious amenities. Cash only, which drives away more people than the swipe fees would cost. Missing trash can outside by tables. Missing any firm of napkin dispenser. Not a place to take children as there is NO place and NO way to clean sticky hands. No water fountain, no bathroom, no sink. Heck, I could not even wipe up the dripped ice cream from the table. These few basic items would make such a difference. They could easily raise prices to cover these items and still be the cheapest place around for ice cream. Get a square credit card swiper, rent a porta potty, put out a trash can and napkins and raise your price a dime to cover the costs. Updating their sign and menu would not hurt either. read more
