As I stood waiting for my dogs, I listened to the staff talk to a family who was going to purchase one of their puppies. They gave a whole lecture about how they love all of their dogs and have the right to take the dog back if they find out it's not being treated well, etc., etc. My dogs they didn't care so much about. My beagle was bleeding when I picked him up. Nothing was said to me about it. And both dogs had their harnesses wrapped around their necks instead of properly on their bodies. I was told the staff didn't know how they worked. Really? Just be aware. They look like a great facility, but they may not give you the service they promise.

I knew something was wrong as soon as she brought the puppy home. My mom actually DID call Paulie's brother to let him know what was going on, and there was no action taken then. He had an odor and all kinds of mucus in his eyes. Over the past 3 years, we've spent well over $20,000 in emergency vet bills, surgeries, and maintenance meds. The dog had a liver shunt or some condition and we had to give him medicine 2-3x a day just for him to live. We had to put the poor baby out of his misery Tuesday at just 3 years old because of all these health complications. He was miserable. Our hearts are broken and so are our other animals. We loved him dearly but he was not healthy from the start. That poor baby suffered all his life. This store gets dogs from puppy mills & operates like a puppy mill. It's clear no health testing is done on breeding dogs and the puppies are not well cared for. They don't breed the dogs themselves. If they don't have a list of breeders and their USDA licenses readily available and listed publicly, I'd seriously question where they get these puppies from. They don't keep dogs where they show you. Please beware and do not buy from this store. If I could file charges for animal neglect and abuse I would!!!
