The bacon cheeseburger was amazing - served on a toasted bun with bacon that was perfectly crisp. And the fries! They were everything McDonald's used to be. The service was as great as the food. The servers were attentive and kind. And we had a lovely chat with the owner, Joey. The only bummer is that Joey's Diner is a bit of a hike from Madison. But we'll definitely make the trip again.
