Never came back to check on me, but thankfully I made eye contact with the bartender, and he asked hiw my dish was. After waiting another 10 minutes or so, I made eye contact with him again and told him I was ready to close out. He went back to tell Lori, and after another 5+ minutes, she arrived. The gratuity was already included, which I looked for when my bill was higher than I expected. She didn't mention it, so heads-up that they add 18% to your bill, and there is still a tip line on the receipt. I plan to return to try the wings and maybe a burger or panini.
