Both Casey and Chris, our waiters for those nights were super attentive and very friendly and, after being in the hospitality industry for most of my life, that is a rare thing nowadays! The waitress then brought me out some flats mins later when I asked for them and showed her my plate. As for beverages, I ordered a tap of spotted cow and it was very flat and not cold. I asked for some from the bartender who looked at me completely puzzled. I also told him I would like some ketchup. He brought some ketchup which was half full BUT it was better than empty like the first one. The silverware was also the problem as the bartender brought over a dirty plastic container that was 1/4 full of black plastic forks and handed them to us.
