I went to that location, couldn't find her shop, and nobody shopping in the area had heard of a Brea's Nails. So, I got on my phone and called the number I found in a Google search to confirm the location. There was nobody to answer the phone. The message on the machine said to leave your name and number, and they would return your call. I explained that I was wanting to stop in to purchase gift certificates and left my number. I have waited an hour and a half, and my call has not been returned. On my phone, it showed an address on Bowles and a pin next to Trader Joe's, so I drove over there and drove around. She is not in that strip mall. I just got home and came to Yelp. Her information here shows a shop with a completely different name...and it appears to be in the mall. She lost a sale and two potential customers today. I know that $250 or so won't break her, but I am not going to give my business to an owner who doesn't bother to update her contact information and is too busy to return phone calls.
