    I had the easiest experience buying a car here. I knew what I wanted and test drove the car at a dealer closer to my house. I bought here because they had exactly what I wanted as far as trim/options and they don't charge over sticker like many other dealers. In fact, I purchased my 2023 Mazda for slightly under! Nick was awesome to work with. He answered all of my questions, gave me his personal cell if I needed anything. At pick up, he met us outside and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Also, they did not try to hard sell extended warranty or anything else. They told me what they had to offer, asked if I was interested and when I said no, they said ok. Highly recommend this dealership 1000000000%! Go see Nick and tell him I sent you!

    I purchased for 4th Mazda today from this dealership. My buying experience at Mazda 112 has always been fantastic. From start to finish, no hassles, no problems, just a great experience. Pat McCuen , my salesperson , is top notch and always is helpful and goes above and beyond. When I walked in this morning, I was hoping Pat would be there and sure enough he was. Everyone at Mazda 112 is terrific. I highly recommend this dealership.

The guy did nothing but lie - I even started recording the phone conversations and playing them back to show how crazy of a liar he was with us. The whole experience from the paperwork not being done right , the car not being ready or cleaned when we came to pick up, they don't even put gas in the tank! We had issues with car after ( AC didn't work, roof leaked, had to replace brake pads after they claimed to have just done them... Never returned our phone calls of course. We ended up having another dealership work on the car and said they are known for being scumbags. They tried to go though the extended warranty we purchased through capital motors and it was very limited in what they covered. For example, they covered the new AC condenser ( but wouldn't cover the freon to refill it). They only reimburse up to $100 per hour for the technicians time so you have to pay the difference in what the dealership charges per hour. If something isn't covered in the warranty - they won't cover the technicians time for that portion of the repair. When you are at the dealer, you will see them begging people to leave good reviews. Go back a couple months, they had like a 2 star rating. All the sudden they have 4.7. We are in the process of reporting them to the better business bureau. Hope my review can save others from dealing with this place. Honestly - shit happens and we bought a used car but this place is awful. so many other things I haven't even mentioned occurred. I controlled the entire situation. They did get my business because I just didn't want to waste any more of my precious time and kind of got something I was looking for. I also want to follow through with my sales person who honestly was a pleasure and very straightforward with me. I will not mention any names, but I did spend a certain amount of money and I didn't even get everything that the car came with I will be posting a photo of what they promised me and that was nothing. I hope this helps whoever decides to go there and deal with their sales team or finance team and I don't appreciate getting talk down to not when I'm the consumer. I'd say pass this one by and look elsewhere.

Almost immediately after purchase, a significant issue with the vehicle became apparent. Despite bringing it in multiple times, I was repeatedly told there was "nothing wrong," even though other dealership personnel had acknowledged that a problem existed. Rather than resolving it, I was stuck driving a rental vehicle for over a month while the dealership failed to provide any meaningful solution. Communication was abysmal throughout the entire ordeal. Calls and messages routinely went unanswered, and it took weeks of chasing before I could finally speak with the General Manager. When a vehicle swap was eventually proposed, I was informed that approximately 12% would be deducted from my vehicle's value, hardly the kind of support you expect from a dealership standing behind what they sold. My interactions with the Used Car Manager, Nicky Galeja, were especially infuriating. In my opinion, Nicky was unprofessional, discourteous, and outright dismissive of my concerns. I felt completely disregarded and stonewalled at every turn, as if my legitimate issue was nothing more than an inconvenience to be brushed aside. What should have been a straightforward warranty matter turned into more than a month of delays, excuses, and inconsistent information. When I mentioned the possibility of consulting an attorney, communication from certain dealership staff effectively ceased altogether. I was also disturbed to learn afterward that this dealership has faced prior enforcement action from the New York Attorney General over consumer protection violations. That only reinforced my negative experience. Based on everything I went through, I would never recommend Nissan 112 to anyone. I expected a dealership that would handle issues in good faith. Instead, I endured weeks of poor service and poor communication.

And through a coworkers recommendation of Marisa, a sales associate, we took a drive to Patchogue. There are 2 locations. One is for their used vehicles and the other for the new vehicles. This review is solely for the new vehicle lot. Marisa was a gem. She never rushed us or made us feel like she needed to hurry us along to get to the next sale. She sat with us for hours to decide exactly what we wanted and helped us go through every detail of ordering what we wanted that wasn't present on the lot. You always dread the finance guy. Going into an office to sit for hours and debate what's fair but Rich was amazing. He really cares about the people that be does business with. He's like that uncle that everyone flocks to at the family bbq's. They don't make em like him anymore and you'll never find that level of customer service in the city anymore so I highly recommend taking the drive to Brown's if you're looking to buy a new car.

The car had visible cracks and damage to both the grill and the bumper that was NOT shown in any of the pictures on their website. Keith told me that there are no hidden fees when working with Hyundai 112. However, Keith tried to increase the price by over $1,000 on top of the DMV and other fees that are always required. After being called out on this Keith tried to claim that this was to make the car "certified". The thing is, the car is already preowned certified through the dealership and company, it is already included in the listing price. Keith "did not know" that the car was preowned certified on their own website so I had to physically show him. He then said that "This changes things", he then went to his manager and lowered that random $1,000 fee they added onto the final price by $400...still having their made up fee. After I decided to leave and not buy the car, Keith became extremely rude and angry. He began to yell at me in front of everyone in the dealership and was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. Claiming "Anywhere else you go you will get random fees!". After I left here I was able to find other dealerships who wouldn't try to scam me out of my money. Be weary of this this place! Honestly, your best bet is just to use Carvana, skip the BS and lies that places like Hyundai 112 spew at you.

This establishment is the epitome of the stereotypical crooked car salesmen. They passed the inspection immediately of the 2012 Volvo XC90 with a taillight out and 2 bald tires. I had to chase down initial work agreed upon in the sale. On my way to the dealership 10 days after purchase, an 02 sensor malfunctioned. 2 days after that, transmission problems. Although it is entirely covered under NYS Lemon Law, management at 112 Auto Plaza lied and attempted to avoid paying the transmission shop they outsourced the work to. Afterwards, they refused to take any calls from myself or the shop for days. Two months later, the car is still broken and they have forced me to take legal action. Between tows, rental cars fees and diagnostic fees, I am exhausted. I know this to be true, these people are corrupt and do not care for others. Please do not support their business.
