So I order from Marcos Pizza, the one on S. Penn, about twice a month, always online, generally 4 pies. I placed an order from Marcos today, but before doing so I looked at my last four orders from their website. Know what caught my eye??? Each of my past orders had a tip added to it after the credit card was run. Now when I go into a restaurant, I'm a damn good tipper but I tip the server, not the person handing me my food through a window, ok? Now mind you, my receipt didn't show a tip at the time of order and my email confirmation from them didn't show a tip, but their own website is showing a tip added each time. Spoke to the store GM and he said he had no idea. I will be addressing this with corporate but Marcos is about to lost a very regular customer, count on that. And I'm sure the rest of my family will be interested to hear of this as well. Bottom line? Good pizza but they no longer have my trust as a consumer. read more

WATCH YOUR RECEIPT. I promised myself after my "Last Visit" to this Marco's, Never Again. Well, driving past this evening, (12-11) , my wife told me to stop. They have this new "Pizzone" to try. I tried to be patient and accept the manager's attempts at service recovery. Unfortunately this location has gone straight to hell. We fell in love with the Norman Marco's for their fresh ingredients, but the service at the Southside outlet has reached an untenable low. Rude, unhelpful, even dismissive attitudes combine with sheer incompetence. Of our last five orders four were not even close! I used to love their wings over anyone else's. Since returning to the menu after a pandemic-related shortage every order has been cold upon pickup. (We'd been picking up as they struggled for months to keep delivery available.) Our last and final order could not be located at all. I understand that sometimes happens with call-in and online ordering. However, the counter boy didn't even offer to take it over. Once again, DELUXE PIZZA. We can't say enough positive about this pizza! We have ordered it at least 4 times + it never disappoints us. As most folks, we usually order from the big corporate chain restaurants but, this is absolutely the best option for pizza. Prices + flavor is 2nd to nobody! Wings are great as well. Eat here every Tuesday for D&D night, get the boneless BBQ wings. However, the girl at the front had the bitchiest of attitude with every customer. She proceeds to tell me BBQ wings do not come with bbq sauce. Just a heads up, she'll lose you business unless she's corrected on service. read more

Surprised this is the first review at this particular location! I typically order delivery from this location and has been the go to pizza delivery spot for me for the past year. Delivery is always faster than the advertised estimated time and food has always been hot and fresh. Have never messed up my order either Marcos had always been good and i think it's better than papa johns or dominoes. I don't rate delivery pizza against the higher end sit down pizza restaurants, so this is at the top of the pizza delivery category. I do not recommend ordering the wings though, they are usually always soggy and taste like they've been under the heat lamp all day. That's the only real con that over noticed. So improvement is needed in the chicken wing category. read more

This used to be my favorite pizza shop but for some reason, ever since the staff changed it has becoming disappointing. I had ordered an hour prior and they said that it would take 25 minutes, no problem. One HOUR later and the pizza is still not done. The staff also ignored the customer after me and just continue to let the phone ring while they chat...Good pizza nonetheless but their customer service gives me a headache. read more

This location is so disappointing. I'm used to the one in Edmond where the staff was super nice and helpful. The staff at this location are clueless and pretty catty. We ordered a pizza a couple of weeks ago. When we gave them the gf's number, they had it listed with another name, but said they would change it, no problem. Also I asked for mozzarella cheese ONLY, not their 3-cheese blend. On the other pizza, we asked for extra sloppy sauce. I go to pick these pizzas up when they say they'll be ready; tell them the name; the say they aren't quite ready and to have a seat. So I did. For THIRTY minutes!! In my 30 minutes of waiting, I got to hear every conversation they had about their customers and about other workers. Now I'm not naive. I know people talk about each other - but in front of other customers?? Come on now. During my waiting, more than 4 of the crew looked my way. It wasn't until 30 minutes had passed, that I was acknowledged. Turns out, our pizzas were ready the ENTIRE TIME I WAS WAITING. They just didn't change the name like they said they would while we were on the phone. I was given a voucher for one free pizza and told, "at least they're still warm." Uh. Barely. And they sure weren't when I got home. They did do the mozzarella right, and the extra sauce one wasn't quite as sloppy as she would have liked, but it was edible. Fast forward to a couple of nights ago. We decide to cash in that coupon because we were both too tired to cook. I called them up. Told them I had this free voucher, and that we wanted a beef pizza, extra sloppy sauce, with mozzarella cheese only - not the 3 cheese blend. So the guy on the other end asks me, "so, uh, you want pizza cheese?" I said, "I want you to use mozzarella only, not the blend." His response? "Uh, yeah, that's all we use - pizza cheese, not 3 blend." Dude. I politely replied, "that's great, but I would like mozzarella ONLY. No other kind. Mozzarella. Not 'pizza cheese', not '3-cheese blend'; just mozzarella." "We don't use 3-cheese blend, but okay." Lort. Anyway. Pick it up. Get it home. 3-cheese blend. I'm done with them. I don't know why the Edmond location on 33rd always got it, but these guys can't. It even says it on the box: 3-CHEESE BLEND. It's on their commercials!! For the love of everything, will someone do some training in that store?!? It's terrible. I'm done with that one. I'm probably done with Marco's altogether honestly. read more

Pizza is great, customer service is absolutely terrible. The staff seemingly refuse to answer the phone anymore. The last two times we've ordered from this location, the food took forever and a day to get done AND the staff were super rude -- I mean I get being irritable because you're busy....
