The spaghetti and meatballs with parmesan
    Dr Keebler ..

Server She said her name was Jade. Ambiance It's an Italian restaurante, complete with a wine list. Food So, the spaghetti and meatballs is okay. The meatballs have an okay flavor. Not my favorite. The spaghetti is good. The lasagna was good. The sauce was kinda spicy. But, edible.. Overall This is a typical Italian eatery. I don't feel like it's great, nor spectacular in any way. Overall. Its not very good. Given the choice. I think I prefer Mexican. Military Yes

This was our first visit and we enjoyed the overall dining experience. We had house salads to start. My wife had the trio pasta and I had the lasagna. The food was absolutely delicious and rich in taste. The service by Damien and Story was impeccable. Highly recommend dining here if you're seeking a good Italian restaurant.

We wanted Italian but didn't feel dressed for a super nice place so we tried Oliveto. We were pleasantly surprised at how yummy it was. Our server was Katelyn and she was Awesome. She was honest about the food and her recommendations. I tried the Silician Punch and she left out the unnecessary seltzer water in it for me. Here's what we had and everything was so damn good! We tried the pepperoni pizza because it was $3 at the time so why not right? It was actually way better than we imagined but we love homemade bread! The bruschetta sundae was really good with their toasted bread- a favorite of ours for sure! The crab cakes were crunchy and had a good horseradish dipping sauce. They were a little too fishy for me but my hubby loved them. Meatballs were very good (that's how I judge Italian since I make my own) in my meat trio pasta. I was too full to eat more than a few bites but the marinara seemed good and authentic. My hubby got rigatoni rustica with shrimp, jalapeño bacon, chicken with sundried tomatoes in an Alfredo sauce.. it was very good and even the chicken was thinly sliced and moist! The portions were big also.... and not just because we had so many appetizers lol

We frequented Oliveto's before COVID, eating there a couple of times a month. But when COVID hit we stopped eating out at all for a while. Then we started ordering takeout to get back into the swing of eating out. Oliveto's won't send you away hungry. The plate has enough food for two meals. I usually eat the 3-Meat Skillet Al Forno and I can make there's meals out of it easily. I love the taste. I also love the Citrus Cedar Plank Salmon. It's quite tasty and I have no leftovers with it. The service has always been good. I've never felt ignored. I look forward to my next trip to Oliveto's. 3-meat Skillet Al Forno3-meat Skillet Al Forno3-meat Skillet Al Forno

The restaurant has a nice ambiance feel to it, with low lighting. Which was really nice. Our whole party really wished they gave bread before the dinner arrives. Like at Olive Garden, Carabba's...or pretty much any Italian place does. I had the grilled rosemary chicken with grilled zucchini and it was 'ok' dry... but tasted ok.The chicken was small in size for almost $16.00 ,the veggies had grilled zucchini, squash, onions, red pepper and mushrooms. Those were really good but they came out way too hot! Sizzling scalding hot and burnt my tongue. The dinners do come with one breadstick, but it lacked flavor and was really dry. My friends crab cake had thick pieces of crab that were hard to chew, my other friend said the shrimp and chicken Parmesan were good.. For dessert we split the cookie with ice cream. The cookie was dry. Seriously crumbling dry like sand in our mouths. The only good thing was The waitress Phalen was AMAZING. Very sweet and did such a great job!!

Food is good. Shrimp marsala had a nice savory and pasta-y flavor. The shrimp, mushroom, and tomato all came together well. I think there was a little too noodly. House salad is a typical salad with boiled egg, bacon, tomatoes, and comes with ranch. Service was eh and no masks . I didn't know what to do when I arrived for my pick-up order. The bag with my order was sitting on a table, and I waited around for someone for maybe 3 minutes. Then, a server talked to me curtly like I didn't know much, which was true. Oh, well. Maybe she was having a bad day. Also, we had called in the order and asked for 2 house salads and only got one.

My wife and I have been looking for a good Italian Restaurant with mixed results. After reading the Yelp reviews about Oliveto Italian Bistro. My wife and I made the 30 mile pilgrimage to give it a try. When we arrived to were greeted by a hostess who placed us at a table even tho we requested a booth. Not a major problem, we just prefer setting in a booth. The restaurant has the kitchen open to the dining area. I like the idea of making it possible for patrons to see what goes on with the food preparation. Our waiter named Jack took our drink order an we placed an order for Italian Nachos for an appetizer. My wife ordered Fettuccine Alfredo and I ordered the PastaTrio that had a sampling of bow tie pasta with Alfredo sauce, lasagna and spaghetti with meatball. Overall our meal had good flavor but nothing outstanding. Our issues may be petty, but was enough for a four star rating instead of a five star. First issue was my wife's fettuccine Alfredo was served with spaghetti instead of Fettuccine. Second issue is the Alfredo sauce was not thick enough. It did not stick to the pasta. Third issue was the Italian Nachos did not have enough sauce resulting a pile of chips with cheese on the top layer and nothing on the underlying chips. Our waiter (Jack) was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable efficient. This restaurant adhere to the COVID requirements. This restaurant could be a go to restaurant for us. I plan to give it another try in the future when in the neighborhood.

This was first time here and absolutely loved it. The food was seasoned well and the service was great. Pricing was very reasonable as well.

I am not sure what the entree was but it was delicious. It was penne dish with perhaps a vodka sauce. It was creamy with some tomato sauce and included sausage. The flavors were very pleasing. I ever order penne because I've had penne dishes in which the sauce didn't cook in to the pasta. The sauce in this dish penetrated the pasta quite well. It changed my opinion of penne. The room is perfect for the size of our group. It is not overly decorated allowing for the clubs to create their own ambiance. Ours was political. Ti Amo's has long been our go to Italian restaurant. We liked going to their Happy Hour. Except for this luncheon, we haven't been there since they started adding a charge for using credit cards. We like the convenience and safety of carrying very little cash. We don't use our debit card for purchases because it puts bank accounts at risk. If we are with people who want to go to a restaurant that charges for credit cards, we go there and pay with a credit card. When it's just the 2 of us, we tend to gravitate to the places that just include the card expense in their menu pricing.

Manager said they included their top sellers for ease and to better serve their customers (mind you with a much higher price point than we were prepared for & we're repeat customers). We understood the reason for it.. just would've been nice to know in advance, as we had our hearts set on other dishes. Unfortunately we experienced terrible service. We ordered a bottle of wine and our 2 entrees: Seafood carbonara & the halibut which was a bit dry and mashed potatoes were cold. As soon as we ordered we never saw her again, except to hunt her down for our check. She never came to ask how our meal was after it was delivered, nor did she come by to fill our wine (like has always happened in the past). Never came to even ask if we wanted dessert. Just AWFUL service!! She even brought us the wrong check. Thank goodness we caught it, as it was double the price of ours. We felt like we were taken advantage of... forced to pay a much steeper price for a very limited menu and then not getting the fine dining service we've experienced in past visits. Restaurant was playing Aerosmith loud & did not go with the restaurants ambience at all. I will add that we came for Valentines Day last year & there was not a limited menu then, so just would've been nice to know of this change so we could have reviewed the menu. Their regular menu has a ton of entree options. This limited menu had like 6-8 & all very high priced. Unfortunately they got one over on us, but fortunately it won't be happening again, as we'll never return.

Be aware that the balsamic dressing is super thick. Totally emulsified. If you're wanting a vinegar and oil dressing, this is not it. That being said, I did love it. We saw lots of the focaccia coming out as apps and I would totally order that on our next visit. I definitely want to try their pasta too.
