This Pizzeria is located on a nice little strip so parking is on the sides of the road. We didn't have any trouble finding parking. When we walked in it wasn't really busy and we were seating quickly. The waiter was very friendly, professional and offered good recommendations. The ambiance was nice and a good place to sit and enjoy your company. We ordered the garlic knots to start with. They were good. I ordered the Italian Cobb salad. It is a very delicious salad and big enough to split with someone else. We ordered a 20 in pizza which was big. The slices are big. It was very good. I like thin pizza crust and that is exactly what it was. The sauce was good and had just enough with huge pepperoni slices and spicy Italian sausage. If you are ever in Tulsa this is a nice little pizza joint to have dinner at. They also have gelato, which I love but I was too full to enjoy one. I actually have never tried Andolini's until today. The location on cherry street is too busy. I like the location in Broken Arrow due to more accessible parking. The pizzas were not only huge but tasted great. The quality and value were there. It's really a great place for pizza, coming from someone who's not a pizza person. Is it my favorite pizza place? First time here. Friday evening before the rush. We had a party of 3. They seemed to be short staffed as the hostess had to do double duty and clear tables in between meeting customers. We had to wait about 25 minutes to get our table. They did have a group of five people come in and got seated immediately in their outside dining area. We were not offered that option, so we were a little upset about that as we would've be seated in about 10 minutes vs 25 minutes. Our server was good, but hurried. Our drinks and pizza order was placed. Once our drinks were delivered, we noticed the syrup to carbonation ratio was off. We spoke to one of the managers and the situation was rectified immediately. Our pizza arrived and it was very good. The crust was real thick, but had a good chew and the ingredients were quality ones. We were kind of shell shocked that we had a large 3 topping pizza and sodas and it costs over $50. It's getting even crazier with these prices. read more

We were hungry and wanted some pizza, and were told this was the place to go. We decided to sit inside and had a table near the window. Our server was friendly and told us about the menu - so many choices it was hard to decide. We ordered the eggplant appetizer and fried mozzarella along with two pizzas. The apps came out quickly. Who doesn't love mozzarella / so good. The eggplant appetizer was good but a little thick and hard to cut. We finally decided on a cheese pizza and one with mushroom, onion, bell pepper and pepperoni. When the pizzas came out they looked amazing and tasted good but neither one was hot. I usually cut the first few bites until it cools, but this was disappointing when I took the first bite. Our server was new but she was great. We always had drinks and empty plates removed. We had to get boxes because we ordered too much food. So...yes the food tasted good but the pizza wasn't hot, and the eggplant was a little thick. The indoor and outdoor seating was nice and the service was very good. Maybe we just had an off night, so we will try it again sometime. read more

Food is great including the on tap root beer, service was pretty good except for the hostess trying to seat me near the front door when it was freezing outside & I did not relish the idea of feeling that blast every time the door opened. Really great experience with Andolini's. I'm always extremely satisfied. The food is consistently excellent and the service is top-notch. A real highlight this time was the general manager, Tyler. He was super accommodating, charming, and knew the menu inside out--his suggestions for what pairs well were spot on. I usually love eating in for the atmosphere, but I was home sick and opted for delivery. The delivery was quick and the food was just as good as being in the restaurant. Highly recommend this place. Might have been a bad night or draw on service. It started off with the waitress teetering on snarky, because we wanted to wait until the rest of our party arrived. I tried to order two different beers from the menu, both apparently out. I finally just asked for the house beer. I figured that would be in stock. We ordered , and I didn't really notice that the service person was not being attentive to the women . They did . Next , the food was just okay. We ordered a child's portion of fettuccini , which seemed crunchy and salty. We figured they grabbed the wrong shaker, and we took it off the ticket, all good. We finished and I paid. The server took off without a tip, which was fine , it wasn't tip worthy dining. Nor worth the almost $90 price for pizza and a couple subs and mozzarella . The girls only had water. I'm basing my 2 stars on tonight's dinner only. Sad part is my wife and I left a lot of sandwich on our plates thinking they would ask if everything was ok, but no one asked. Over time in Tulsa, I tried out andolini's pizza chain and it was AMAZING! I love their aesthetic, authentic look, making it seem you live in Italy, terrific bar, great entertainment on Tv while you're eating or drinking, her seeking and polite employees, fantastic pizza!!! I ordered a basic cheese pizza with mushrooms and roasted red pepper (btw the roasted red peppers were GENIUS! So sweet and lots of flavor! I would recommend anyone that is visiting Tulsa or trying out something new, this is the spot to try it out! My husband and I stopped by for the weekday lunch special. The price is very reasonable for what you get. Unfortunately, my husband and I did not like the pasta. The meat sauce was minimal and very watery, and the texture of the meat was odd. My husband had the caesar salad and said he would not get it again. First, it had almost no dressing on it so he asked for more, then we actually got to taste the dressing he said the flavor was very strange. For the good, the pizza was delicious! I've come back to give credit where it's due and praise Andolinis for taking their customers feedback serious! The company took it upon themselves to reach out, and attempt to get us in for a second time. Which my husband and I agreed to. We do not believe that one bad experience represents the company and so we set a date to come back. Yesterday we were seated with a waiter named Brett who immediately displayed amazing customer service. He filled us in on the details of what they're most known for (Demarco Pizza - gotta try it!) He was attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and quick! We ordered appetizers and he made sure to mention that one takes as long to cook as a small pizza and made sure that was okay with us (which we were) He then came after appetizers were done to deliver a sample tray of their gelato and presented it so nicely, with the talk track of wanting our favorites! So personable. We enjoyed this little treat in between the pizza arrival, which came out in excellent time and the presentation was lovely as well with the oil drizzle after setting it on our turn table. Brett kept checking on us, making sure we were good (and the best part is he had no idea of the reason of our return - so he was simply doing a phenomenal job as a waiter. Which we praised him and informed him of this and tipped him accordingly!!) The food was 10/10, hot, and full of flavor! this was redemption in our eyes. We ended with two cups of gelato (our favorites were the cheesecake & Nutella) We will be returning and give thanks to Andolinis's team in going the extra mile. Visited Andolini's after about a year, for an early Valentine's date with my hubby. It was pretty busy with a couple of large groups but the staff was still attentive and friendly. We asked about a menu item I used to get all the time that has since been removed from the menu, the Maccheroni Pizza. It's basically a white pizza with their (on menu) Opulent Mac & Cheese on top. They were able to make this for us and I was excited! It took a little bit for our pizza to come out, because it was a specialty item and they were fitting it in between multiple to-go orders. We ordered some fried mozzarella to snack on, which were good but I remember them being a little saltier. Pizza finally came out and it was just as delicious as I remembered. Paying was quick and painless with the QR code payment that several places use. We appreciated our server being attentive and answering all of our questions. I ordered from this Andolini's again for the first time in a few months. I still think the pick up situation is a little weird (when you place the order online, it doesn't mention that there is a curbside pickup area in the back, just tells you to park where you can and they'll bring you your pizza) but I knew where to go from past experience. My pizza was hot, fresh, and delicious. My only complaint is that I asked for no hot honey (personal preference, not an allergy) and it was included on the pizza; that being said, it didn't take away from the pizza. I would love to see them lessen the size, reduce the cheese portions, and stay true to a more simplistic wood-fired approach. The food came out piping hot, which is expected, of course. All was cooked to perfection. Our server explained everything in detail of what we were going to be getting as our food choices. Brett was an attentive server who also went above & beyond by offering Gelato samples before our meal came out.
