When I had my van towed in they already got the parts and was fixed the same day.

Since I moved my Plumbing company to Castaic I had them work on my trucks. What I fine rare is their honesty and knowledge. Looks can be deceiving but they have full mechanics on the property. I would highly recommend them.

Way overpriced, up-selling. Check prices around!

I've taken cars/trucks here 4 times for oil changes but I won't be going back. Sent someone to get an oil change and tire rotation only for a small car. Wish I went instead. The up charges are absolutely ridiculous that it came out to $227.67! I had to laugh when I saw the receipt. Mostly upset that they installed a new cabin filter when I personally just installed one 4 months ago for 13 bucks and they charged $50. Mind you, they typical are good for 20k miles. Told the person it was "really dirty." After 4 months? Really? Anyway, see the receipt, make your decision. Lost our business.

Reliable and gave my Mazda CX-9 a great service. Had an oil change, brought my own oil and filter, charged me $50 for labor.

My visit,…read morewhich I had hoped would address my vehicle's persistent issues, turned out to be a disappointing and costly experience. Initially, I brought my car to the clinic due to a recurring engine issue that I believed could be easily resolved. After a lengthy assessment, I was charged over $400 dollars for what I was assured would be a comprehensive fix. However, despite the assurances of the staff that the issue had been resolved, I continued to experience the same problem almost immediately after leaving the shop. It almost seems that all they were doing was just resetting my car so that the engine light would go away. After driving my car for about 50 miles the engine light came on AGAIN!!! I returned to the shop seeking clarification and a potential remedy, only to be met with a dismissive attitude and further charges for services that I believed should have been included in the initial repair. The lack of effective communication and customer care was disheartening, amplifying my dissatisfaction with the overall service. And the 2nd time I was charged $477 dollars for the mechanic to simply change the "THERMOSTAT HOUSING" I honestly think this amount is way too much not only do I feel like I was taking advantage, but these people are just dishonest and unprofessional. In conclusion, I cannot recommend 360Auto Clinic based on my experience. I left not only with an unresolved issue but also with a sense of having overpaid for inadequate services. I encourage potential customers to consider other options. In conclusion, if your car is having engine or transmission issues, just take it somewhere else where they will actually fix the problem. This people here don't have any experience when it comes to that issue. Don't waste your money..

She kept in contact even after she was off for the night to make sure we were picked up and safe. I cannot thank Luz enough and everything she did for us! Driver Mark came and picked us up and made sure we were comfortable and was very nice. I have never experienced such great costumer service and would give these guys more stars if I could. Thank you Luz and Mark!

Sean and another kind Golden State Towing Co. colleague saved the day- twice…read more This afternoon, my car inexplicably overheated and AAA dispatched Golden State Towing to get me off the road and to O'Reilly's for oil. Then briefly back on the road, my car's temperature gauge rocketed to red in less than 2 minutes as soon as we merged onto I-5 N, leaving us stranded- again. Despite a surge in road rescues because of the 106-degree temperature outside (probably 120 degrees in the car), Golden State responded as quickly as possible and towed us back- free of charge- 18 miles to a AAA diagnostic center despite my bare-bones AAA membership only giving us a 5-mile towing limit. Golden State towed us twice at that distance, no out-of-pocket. Polite, responsive and very helpful especially since I was trying to comfort my sobbing, overheated and very stressed little boy, I give Golden State Towing a huge thank you for their service. And to the SCORES and SCORES of truckers in their 18-wheelers whizzing past us and even slowing in traffic while my sobbing little boy and I stood on the shoulder because it was TOO HOT to be in the car as the thermometer spiked despite the danger of exiting our car next to that fast-moving freeway: HOW could you, in all conscience? I hope some of you long-liners are reading this and feel an appropriate level of shame for leaving a desperate mother and crying little boy on the side of the freeway. A Good Samaritan driver eventually pulled over and we stayed in his air-conditioned car for 45 minutes until our tow arrived. Blessings to him.

I explained this issue over the phone, and again when I arrived. The shop said my front brakes and rotors were worn, so I had both replaced. I assumed this was the reason for the noise. The staff were friendly, helpful, and the price seemed fair. However, after the replacement, the same noise was still there - which was the main reason I came in to begin with. My front brakes would need replacing eventually, but I went in mainly to diagnose the noise. They offered to check the front brakes again for free. They put my car on the lift to listen for brake noise. While I could clearly hear the high-pitched noise each time when braking, the owner said he was unable to hear it. This confused me, because my wife and child can hear the noise every time we leave the driveway. When they backed my car out, we all could hear the high-pitched noise from the rear brakes (not the front brakes). It felt like my main concern wasn't fully addressed during my first visit. I felt like I was first sold a repair (new brakes) before having my actual concerns addressed (noise). Now I'm doubting whether I also needed to replace my water pump that day - which they said was leaking when I first visited to get the brake noise checked. I paid to replace that too, but was it actually necessary, or an upsell? They said they'd take off the rear wheels for $80 to check for debris and clean them, but at this point I'm not confident they would be able to diagnose my issue anymore. I don't want to spend any more money at this shop to check something that should have been checked when I asked on my first visit. To reiterate, all of the staff were friendly and I was treated respectfully and honestly - just to be clear for anyone reading to the end. But I will be looking elsewhere for a shop that listens to customers' concerns before charging for work. UPDATE: After reading the owner's response, I feel shocked. Again, I originally came in only to diagnose a noise - not specifically to replace brakes or rotors (or a water pump). I was happy to pay for new ones in order to solve my issue - the noise. I clearly communicated I was trying to solve the noise both times. I don't appreciate being told it's my fault for not pointing out exactly which wheels the noise was coming from. I'm downgrading this from a 3-star to a 1-star review due to this response. UPDATE 2: No, I was not shown any of my old or new parts before or after replacement - I sat in the waiting room while the work was being done; during the second visit, I was only shown my own car on the lift while trying to diagnose the sound, without any parts removed. But I'm not sure what that has to do with my review. My original noise concern was not resolved, and they didn't seem able to diagnose my issue. The owner's replies to my review sound very unprofessional and accusatory (do you reply like this to every review that's not 5 stars?) and I won't be replying here anymore.
