If you are in need of locksmith services, MBM Locksmith is your go-to locksmith! The need for hiring MBM came after an initial "repair and lock replacement" by another locksmith. We were left hanging by them after being charged quite a bit for the failed repair and lockout after the replacement was installed. Honestly, the repair we received, which was promised a follow-up, was a strip of duct tape that just prevented the door from closing properly. The previous locksmith shared that he would have to shave the latch bolt, and after multiple text messages and phone calls, we were left with a strip of tape on our door. After messaging Moon and sending him a photo, he came by and reviewed the door and found that the lock that was installed was not broken, but just needed a small adjustment to allow the latch bolt to retract completely. He was able to troubleshoot in such a short period of time. In addition, Moon was able to fix the lock to the front door and repaired our back patio door (as it was also broken). I recommend MBM highly. I received a response within 1-2 hours of submitting the Yelp bid request- on Christmas Day! He offered me a same day appointment. The locksmith installed a keypad deadbolt, and peep hole on a new steel front door, rekeyed the other doors and replaced an locking door knob that couldn't be rekeyed to match the other doors.
