The security guard greeted us pleasantly and asked us to generate a ticket from the machine. We got our ticket and sat down and waited perhaps 15 minutes for our number to be called. I noticed that several people entered after us without a mask and the guard was very polite to them and provided them with masks. The representative who assisted was professional and was able to help. We were told that the Social Security card we were requesting would arrive within two weeks and were given a document to verify we had submitted the application. I was very impressed with the professionalism of everyone there. We were in and out in less than a half of an hour. However, we noticed as we left that the crowd in the waiting room was growing.

Then you hit the first option 2, to talk to someone. Then 0 if you want the next available person. Then instead of any regular business and just being in a queue, if no one is available they tell you no one is available and just hang up on you. WTF is the point of that? So you have to keep going thru this circular motion of calling back in listening to the messages, prompts, then they hang up on you again. Over and Over. If you do know the person you are looking for, you dial their extension and leave a message. And guess what? They NEVER call you back. 2-3 weeks and they can't call you back? Complete cluster f. This is y people hate the govt. Run by morons.

I wouldn't want to be in that area without a direct line to 911. I could understand T-Mobile Sidekicks, but REALLY! And they have no storage for cellphones -- I had to walk all the way back to Forest Hills and convince a convenience store clerk to hold it behind the counter. Even "The Price is Right" studios in Los Angeles holds onto your phones if you bring them into complex! The metal detectors were first-rate, and the x-ray machine was extremely accurate, but I would have preferred some of the people taking a second stroll through the machines. :( The court clerk was very pleasant, and dismissed my parking ticket within 30 seconds. I better NOT have to go here again.

I have been to 6 other court houses in the Greater Boston Area and all those judges welcomed me with open arm. That I've been sober over 2 years and put myself threw school and holding down 3 jobs. My life is better now. People have a right to change for the better and grow with the community. She should be ashamed of herself! All politics, general city wide crime…read morestatistics and rap song lyrics aside these are some hard working sons of bitches (at least in the Dudley station), and no I am not a copy myself. I've had to call in a few 911 things over the last few months and these guys were at my location in no time at all. This really makes me feel safe. I live in a 'up and coming' area, that means the prices are sky high but you could still get shived on your way home. We have had several community meetings with area police representatives and they have been very serious about enforcing public safety in my area. My favorite 911 one scenario was about a week ago when my wife was walking the dog and she walked right past a hooker (well, she certainly looked like one at least - could have been a tranny hooker - who knows - doesn't matter) doing umm indecent and very disgusting (and slurpy sounding) things to a rather overweight gentleman in a dark car with its stereo blaring in a parking spot next to our house. She got geeked, called the cops and they were there literally in about 3 minutes. I didnt peep my head out the door long enough to hear the explanation but i'm sure it was comedy gold. Anyways, thank you, and merry x-mas coppers - keep it up and i will bake you some crack pipe-shaped holiday cookies. And to that ho's pimp, I ain't no snitch - she was in a handicap spot.
