Throughout the…read moreentire process I worked with Garrett Creal, the sales manager, who was knowledgeable, straightforward, and refreshingly candid about both the benefits and drawbacks of the different vehicles we discussed. The entire experience was relaxed and professional. I never encountered the typical "salesperson" routine. Even the negotiation process often drawn out while someone "checks with the manager" was handled efficiently and wrapped up in just a few minutes. Josh Withey, the finance manager, was equally impressive. The final paperwork process was quick and organized, very different from some of my past dealership experiences. I also appreciated that there was no pressure to purchase add-ons such as extended warranties or ceramic coatings. Because the decision was left entirely to me, I felt comfortable taking the time to consider my options and ultimately chose to add both. Based on my experience with these two gentlemen, I would highly recommend starting your vehicle search at Landmark Motors. Five stars!

None of that turned out to be true. The car was not in pristine condition. There are visible residue, interior wear, and even dust and fingerprints on the display, showing it was not properly cleaned or prepared. I was specifically told the car came with two keys, which was important to me. After signing, I was told there was only one key. I had to go to BMW myself and spend over $600 to order another key and handle the process. I was also told the car had gesture control, which it does not. On top of that, I overpaid $79,000 for this car when I later found similar ones selling for around $65,000. I believe the salesperson was Aaron. Overall, this experience felt misleading and frustrating. I recommend verifying everything in writing before signing anything here.

He took the time to rework estimates, negotiate costs, provide all the information I needed and make every accommodation possible. He sent me a personal video of the car I was interested in, responded to my messages even on his days off, was willing to arrange transport from over 30 miles away, and stayed multiple hours past closing. Brandon didn't just stay late to complete the sale, but made sure I had everything I needed at every step and even helped set up my phone after locking up and made sure I drove away happy and safe. He showed a genuine interest and care for my needs; I truly felt like more than just another sale, which was beyond pleasant. I had been without a car since November and actively in the market since January with many unfavorable experiences with various dealerships, which was surprising since I was only looking at Subaru. Brandon is the epitome of what I expect from Subaru and truly represents the company's values of being client-centered, showing love and respect to all, and providing enjoyment and peace of mind. I live my life in a way that is deeply rooted in my values and ethics, which is why I have been so passionate about- and loyal to- Subaru for many years now; it's definitely a company I can stand with. Thanks to Brandon, the choice on which Subaru dealership to take my business to was made easy, even before meeting in-person. He is the reason I went to a dealership 36 miles away, rather than the one I have just 6 miles away from home. I truly cannot recommend Brandon enough! I'd also like to note that overall, Olympia Subaru is by far the best Subaru dealership I've had the pleasure of working with, and I've been to quite a few between CA, OR and WA. I felt like it was good friends trying to help me get what I wanted. Talk to Larry and Sam. They have multiple lots to pull from. I went to Lakewood and they dropped what they were doing to run to Sumner and back to get the car I wanted at a price that was reasonable to me. Awful customer service once you sign the papers. Actually as you sign the papers (it's digital) the finance woman had me create an account with password on her giant desk-sized keyboard. I figured it was something I would need to access in the future so chose a familiar password. I wish I hadn't because the woman watched my every keystroke like a hawk (can't be discrete on a desk-sized keyboard). I immediately assumed she was watching to ensure my password met the requirements but after a couple seconds it dawned on me she now has the password to my bank login and more...and I had just handed her every bit of person information needed for security checks, short of my thumbprint. Instead of email or print your documents they email you a password secure file. Well I wasn't able to open said zip file to access my necessary documents for registration and tax purposes a few days later. I tried calling. No response. I left a voicemail. No response. I was referred to an email after calling multiple times. No response. It took weeks (no exaggeration, granted I wasn't trying every day) to finally get in touch with someone who got back to me only to insist I go through the financing woman that processed my sale...which is where I started. It was finally through the text notifying my license plates had come in, where I was able to speak to someone that could get me some but not all of my document copies of the sale (was requesting only 2 pertinent documents) I can't imagine if I had to go through this place for actual servicing of my vehicle etc. never want to deal with them again.

    We searched for several weeks for the right car for our growing family. A listing for a beautiful…read more2014 Town and Country on CarGurus brought me to Mountain Highway Motors. The lot was unorthodox and not what I was expecting for a used car dealership. If I were to let apprehension make decisions for me I would have missed a great opportunity to do business with Marius and Justin (I hope I got their names correct). I was greeted in the back of the lot at their office by Marius, who was very warm and friendly. He showed me the car, gave me the keys, and walked away. What a great start. After I inspected the car and found nothing wrong with it I asked him why it was priced so low. He said "People like good deals." After I test drove it, I asked him, "what is the catch?" He simply said, "we have low overhead." Marius seemed genuine and appeared to run a clean and honest business, so he earned my trust. I told him it's sold, and the paperwork was smooth and uncomplicated. I brought our new minivan home to my wife who is elated she now has a car she can tow all 3 kids in, and in luxury that is very high by our standards. The inside and the outside of the car are in very nice condition. The other cars in the lot also seem to be in great shape. Mountain Highway Motors has great taste for cars they like to keep in inventory. Thank you for such a great car buying experience.
