Joshua was our barber and was fantastic but any of the other barbers will do you an excellent job also, very reasonable prices Amazing skills although appointments are greatly appreciated they do try to Work in walkins, which we were. Joshua's skills with the sissors and blades were phenomenal! I have never received a precision haircut and beard trim like what Joshua did for me. The other clients that left there from all the barbers was truly a transformation. Highly recommend! We are from upstate New York. But if we were ever in this area again, we're coming back. You're gonna need to wait another hour for a spot." I was a costumer prior to this and was never spoken to like this in person. If you're going to work costumer service and have this kind of attitude you're not going to make it far and I hope that who ever handles the appointments at this establishment fix whatever attitude it was that day.

Most of, if not all of the barbers besides the owner are unlicensed (or don't display their license anywhere) and extremely young. The last time I went was the final straw -- they touched up the front of my hair and cut a few strands from the back and made it look like they did something. When I got home, I immediately noticed that the back, the crown, was essentially untouched. I needed to get another haircut immediately from somewhere else to fix the mess they left my hair in. This has happened multiple times from multiple barbers in this shop. I refuse to continue paying for bad haircuts.
