So I called in for a certain tire size I needed, the lady on the phone was very nice and helpful and they had what I needed. I bought some wheels that day and needed some tires mounted soon after. I drove straight there after work. When I got there they told me one of the tires was mis-labeled so they only had 3. Not a huge deal. I proceeded to agree to buy the 2 matching tires and have them mounted. Gave them two of my wheels and they took them to the back. The wheels I bought are some rare Japanese 3 piece wheels that were discontinued in the 90s. I have photos of the wheels right before I got to the tire shop. They gave me back my wheels and wrapped them in plastic since they were wet from stretching tires on. I got home and noticed one of my center caps were missing. Mind you I have photos of the wheels in my car from an hour before getting to the shop, with all 4 caps. The wheels entered my car with caps, never left my car until I got to the tire shop, but were returned with a missing cap. I was very upset about this since these wheels are discontinued and so are center caps so I can't just go order one up. I'll have to buy a used set for around $150 off of eBay. When I called to ask if the cap was at the shop, they got very defensive and immediately started to blame me in a sense, by saying that wheel never had a cap. I tried explaining that I knew that they had a cap and I had photos and they pretty much said well "no it didn't". I called the next day to see if we could work something out, and as soon as they heard who it was, immediately just started repeating that it never had a cap, and explaining themselves saying that when they took them out of my car it never had a cap. I suspect they most likely broke the cap when balancing the wheel. If not broke, then lost. Either way, the way they handled it was very unwilling and unprofessional. Very defensive and just not very nice about it. They didn't even want to hear me out. Now I have to pay an extra $150 out of my pocket for one of their mistakes. Bummed me out especially because I was happy with their service at first and was happy with the work they did until this happened. If I were you I'd just avoid going here unless you literally can't find your size tire anywhere else (which was my case), not asking for much just want to be reimbursed for my cap or something. Bummer. Don't go here, there are plenty of other local tire shops that would've handled this a lot more professionally. read more

I was pretty bummed when i turned up with a flat tire on a sunday morning. needing it for a 50 mile trip to work monday i was resigned to buying a set at costco, about 20,000 miles early. Then i found MC Tires online, as the only tire store in my area open on sundays. The owners grandson patched my tire for $15, and had me back on the road in 15 minutes. He showed me some options for my prius when it is time for the new set. No more assuming costco wins the pricing game against the independents, i'm going with MC next time. read more

I was referred to MC Tires by my aunt and uncle. The quote I was given for 4 brand new tires was hands down affordable for my spending budget compared to most tire places I contacted. I was able to walk in with no appointment needed that same day and after 5pm. I was there for about 30 minutes or so. No doubt, one of the fastest auto shops I've ever been to. And to add the cherry on top, the owners are genuine, down to earth people who aren't trying to nickel and dime you. Can't find amazing customer care like that nowadays. My husband was referred to MC tires by a worker at Evans tires . He called to get prices and was quoted a super great deal. The shop was getting ready to close but, Pedro told us to come in he would wait for us. As soon as we pull up Pedro and another young man came out greeted us with a warm hello and immediately started removing the tires. I have never been In and out so quick at any auto shop. Best service you will find!!! I had a nail through one of my tires (and needed all new) at 1845 (they close at 19). I called MC and they told me as long as I made it there before they closed they would put them on and do all the necessary steps that go along with a new install. Sure enough, within minutes of me arriving, their entire crew of employees (which is one smooth operating family) had my old ones off and new ones on within 25 minutes. I was back on the road and ready to roll along with the BEST PRICE OF TIRES IN TOWN (compared to 5 other shops in the area). Absolutely cannot say enough great things about this family owned business. They have great customer service, fantastic rates, and they really care about their customer. We stop to get a flat tire fix. Also we need it to buy 2 tires, the owner at the beginning was really friendly. So we decide to get the 2 tires there but, the broke the TPS. They change it and the wife came and told us, sorry we broke your TPS but, we replace it. Well that's when the nightmare begin. The mess it up the all system on my husband truck, he was able to fix it and he told us well just keep like that. WE wore no you need to fix it, he said I can't I don't know how? WE end it taking our truck to the dealer and it cost us $254.00 The owner didn't pay us any money back even that he admit breaking the sensor. He said I don't have money to pay you. My sister came to visit me, and on the way to Vista, the tire problem light came on in her mini Cooper. She stopped at the mini Cooper dealership and they told her she had a nail in her tire and that she would need to get a new tire. She was pretty upset because she's on a tight budget. I had heard wonderful things about MC tires so we drove over, and everybody there was amazing. Within a minute of parking the vehicle we were already helped. Within two minutes the car was already jacked up and they were removing the tire. The nice gentleman who helped us removed the nail and said that it had not punctured. He put the tire back on filled it up, and everything was taken care of. We drove the car for the rest of the day and the tire indicator never came back on. We learned that during cold weather sometimes the indicator is wrong. They took care of everything in a courteous and professional manner. When my sister asked how much it cost for everything they did, they said no charge. I agree with everybody I've spoken to, MC tire is the only place I will ever go when I need tires.
