Cute, clean little deli with a great selection of soups, salads, sandwiches and oh my heart be still for carrot cake!! I had the Garden fresh Turkey sandwich which had lots of lettuce, spinach tomoato and avacado. The multi-grain bread was soft yet full of seeds and grains. My daughters club was equally yummy. Service was good as well.

We really enjoyed all our food. It was hot and fresh, and the service was spectacular. We will definitely come back

    Chipotle Chicken & Bacon Spud
    Faith T.

Review based on online curbside ordering Ordering online was very simple and quick. I'm glad I was force to create an account like some restaurants require. I ordered the pick two: Chipotle Chicken Spud & 1/2 Grilled Chicken Croissant Sandwich. My order was said to be ready at 7:58. After arriving and notifying the store I was here I immediately received my order. I was happy to have a hot baked potato when I got home with all listed ingredients. The sandwich was prepared well also. Napkins and plastic ware also provided. The meal was super filling. Great job

    Veggie sandwich

I normally always order from this Deli on my way to work and I always get the veggie sandwich on a wrap, because I don't eat meat. Lately for the past few months my order is always missing something, the sandwich or wrap be extremely hot with pepper and they always forget the pickle. I didn't use to check my order because they always got it right, but now I have to. This morning I ordered 2 wraps and one was bread which appeared to have something on it and the cheese is old. I didn't eat it. Also the wrap is sloppy made. They didn't put pickles In neither box. I didn't have time to check it and they messed my order up. They must have new team members and they need to be retrained, how can you mess up a veggie wrap or sandwich.

Don't get a side of broccoli from this location because apparently they can only give you approx. 7-10 pieces

The staff was courteous and helpful. They brought our food right out to us on the patio and the food was as good as we hoped for. The outside patio has nice music but there is nothing to dampen the ambient noise from close intersections and street traffic near by. They had signage up to wear mask by state mandate. It was a great outing. Very thankful.

    OVERSIZED SPUD!! (GRILLED CHICKEN SPUD)
    Shionda F.

Why am i just now seeing they opened this new location of Mcalisters next to one of my favorite pizza spots Mods pizza. The employees working at this location are super nice and mannerable most of the employees working here appeared to be super young. I'm not going to lie i usually always go to Mcalisters for one thing and thats the ginormous spud! It's pretty much an over sized custom baked potatoe and they are so good. Today i had the grilled chicken spud. One of my favorite ones on the menu! You can customize the spud to your likeing if you are not a fan of the ones on the menu. Alot of customers i notice order the veggie spud or they will order a spud and add their own toppings they like or love! Its all your choice and i love it .You have to go check out these super spuds!!

I placed my order and all of sudden they got really busy. The lady working at the register was really nice and had a positive disposition. I ordered the Philly chicken primo and my husband ordered the Italian primo. They took about 15-20 minutes to come out. FYI that is NOT a long time for a quality sandwich. That is how long I would expect to wait honestly. They do have a few tables and chairs if you want to sit and eat. The hoagies were both really good. The bread was fresh and soft. I added cherry peppers on my Philly and they were chef's kiss. I will definitely be a regular at PrimoHoagies!! Two frozen meatballs with two frozen slices of cheese not even melted on top -- they were stacked beside the meatballs like two pieces of drywall. Absolute masterpiece. I politely asked if they actually melted the cheese or warmed the bread and the employee looked at me like I had just asked her for cocaine. Apparently "hot sub" is an outrageous request now. Whatever this place claims to be -- NEW YORK, ITALIAN, whatever -- it's definitely not that. I've had better subs from a vending machine at a bus station. I ended up leaving the sub on the table because clearly they need the $14 more than I do. The place already looks like it's under new ownership every other week, and after eating there, it's easy to see why. Terrible.

The restaurant had plenty of seating and a comfortable, casual atmosphere. We started with mozzarella sticks to share, figuring it was a safe appetizer. Unfortunately, the portion surprised us a bit -- there were only five sticks for $7.50. Many places usually serve six to eight for about the same price, so it felt a little light. Next came the salads. She ordered the house salad with French dressing and I had the Caesar salad. The portions were normal for a side salad -- not overly generous, but honestly the perfect size to accompany a meal. I enjoyed my Caesar. For our main courses, she ordered the lasagna. The portion looked generous, but according to her it tasted average -- good, but not particularly memorable. I ordered the white clam pasta because I was really in the mood for clams or mussels. The flavor was actually very good, but the portion was smaller than I expected. I've had larger portions of similar dishes at comparable prices. One thing that was a bit disappointing was the Italian bread that came with the meal -- it was warm, but only two small pieces were served. That said, I noticed throughout our visit that many customers were coming in for pizza, and since it is primarily a pizzeria, that may be where they really shine. Overall, I wouldn't cross Enrico's off our list. Next time we'll likely try the pizza or explore other menu items to see what else they offer.

For one, we called ahead and asked can we place an order-- he said yes and ordered a cheese pizza. The guy on the phone was extremely rude the entire time and also hung up in my face. No name request, no number, just slammed the phone and hung up. We live close by so we arrived 5 minutes after this order was placed. There were two people in the oven area, one who was evidently the manager and the other was the guy who took our order. After asking to talk to the manger regarding the customer service on the phone and then now, in person, he in fact was the manager. I explained what happened on the phone and instead of being apologetic he gaslit me and told me that he didn't hang up on me. It was on speaker and my husband was sitting right next to me. After my husband got upset for him gaslighting me, the manger tried to cover for his employee and said it was because they were closing soon. As I looked around the restaurant at multiple families taking their time dining in, I was further confused. My husband essentially had to get loud for him to be apologetic and ended up "giving our pizza for free" also with an attitude. The guy in the back was snatching out pizza and slicing it like the pizza did something to him! He tossed it to us for us to leave bc we were upset for NOT being treated with kindness or respect. The pizza was good-- we ate it but sadly we will not be back! Part of spending your hard earned money is giving back to small businesses who need it in this economy. The sheer lack of respect and kindness was mind blowing! Do not waste your money here. They don't care!

It's right on the way to my yoga studio, so it's perfect for a quick in-and-out lunch, but honestly, it's also the kind of place where you end up lingering longer than planned. My usual order is the ABLT on rye with Boar's Head applewood smoked bacon, avocado, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. Simple, fresh, and consistently delicious every single time. I almost always pair it with the Spinach Bacon salad loaded with spinach, cranberries, goat cheese, tomatoes, toasted pecans, and brown sugar peppered bacon. The portions are huge and definitely shareable. What makes Rhino special is that it's more than just a deli. It's part neighborhood market, part coffee shop, part beer and wine stop, and part community hangout. They've got local products, grab-and-go snacks, fresh sandwiches, beer on tap, wine, outdoor patio seating, and sometimes even live music. It reminds me of the small independent spots I used to love in the Bay Area around Burlingame, San Mateo, and Palo Alto. Relaxed, local, welcoming, and full of personality. The staff is always friendly, and the atmosphere feels genuinely Charlotte. Not overly polished. Not trying too hard. Just good food, good people, and a place that locals clearly love. And if you are visiting North Carolina, you absolutely have to try Cheerwine at least once. It's basically a Carolina rite of passage. Cherry soda lovers will probably be obsessed. Me personally? Not exactly my flavor profile, but people here drink it like water, so clearly they are onto something. Rhino Market is one of those places that makes a city feel like home. The ordering and payment process was easy. I was solo so I took a seat at the bar area to eat. Sandwich looked good when I unwrapped it, large slices of toasted bread with fresh lettuce and tomato. The strangest thing was, on the left side of the sandwich were several slices of deli turkey rolled up. On the right side of the sandwich were several slices of deli ham rolled up. I hadn't seen a sandwich made like that before. It felt like half of a turkey sandwich and half of a ham sandwich as opposed to a ham and turkey sandwich. Was it bad? Definitely not. I waffled between a 3 and a 4 star for this one but felt generous because, overall, I liked the vibe of the place.
