Went here for the first time today and was blown away by how delicious the food was and how cozy the atmosphere felt! I came for breakfast and enjoyed ordering as soon as I walked in. I ordered coffee and was given the cutest warm mug to take with me and fill with coffee at their coffee bar. I got to choose my coffee and add any cream and sugar I wanted. From there, we sat down at the coziest table with lots of natural light. There are lots of pretty plants and decor all around, and the atmosphere is so fun. When the food came, our server was super kind and helpful! The food was absolutely delicious! I can't wait to come back soon for breakfast!

Well lit, not too noisy. Nice variety on the menu. Me, my wife, my son and his wife. We all ordered the Buddha bowl. DIL ordered hers with tofu. Son ordered dbl chicken. Personally, I thought the regular amount of chicken was fine, but he is trying to maintain his weight, so..... Flavors? Yum!! Really plentiful portions and Tasted great! Perfect portions, great taste! (redundant, Who cares!) Nice vibes! Lighting, ambient volume, comfortable seats (not real cushiony but nice) Definitely worth a return visit! I'd recommend it to friends for sure.

This Northstar location offers a very delicious experience that is consistent with its original locations! Ordering is fast and easy at the counter, and props to the cashier for checking with the kitchen when we wanted to order from the lunch menu 10 minutes before it started at 11am. Had to have that Northstar burger!! The kitchen was able to accommodate and though they warned us our dishes may come out a little delayed compared to the rest of the dishes in our party while they fired the lunch dishes, but our food wasn't delayed at all! The Northstar burger never misses and is such a unique and delicious veggie burger. I'd recommend it for any vegans, vegetarians, or veggie appreciators as it's my favorite veggie burger around! The beets put it over the edge. Yum! My husband had the pimento burger and other favorites in our party were the pancakes, breakfast burrito, and turkey/sweet potato hash. Everything is fresh and colorful and portion sizes are pretty good too. I have always felt Northstar's slightly elevated pricing is worth it for the elevated dining experience. Another highlight is that they offer seltzer water with the plain water in the soda fountain. The wait staff are very attentive and take great care of you after you order at the counter. Everything is taken care of at the counter, and it's sort of nice to not have to take orders and pay at the end of the meal, etc. A little different but works out well! Finally, there's free parking around the corner at a lot. Everything is pretty easily accessible in Liberty Center so Northstar is a great option to stop at if you're in the area for any kind of shopping there.

Go to Northstar where the people are inviting and will walk you through what you want! But the food is advertising itself. All very picturesque and the flavors wake you up while you taste the freshness in every bite And get a cookie where they time stamp when it was made!! How cool is that?

I've been here three times while traveling for work, and every single visit has been outstanding. I've tried the Shooting Star, mint iced coffee, ricotta pancake, Sunrise Burrito, warm Applejack cider, Liberty Salad, Mexicali Salad, and the dark chocolate truffle cookie and everything has been absolutely delicious. The food is so fresh, the service is impeccable, and the location is fantastic. Eating here always makes me feel good, even when I indulge in something sweet. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a place that serves amazing food and great vibes all around!

It's been a while since we have been here and since my family was back in town, they wanted Northstar food. I ordered chicken chili and my wife ordered a pizza, sausage and pepper. They don't have many options to add to their pizzas but it was good. I could have done without the smoked Gouda but it was good. The chili was good and had just enough spice for flavor. $18 for a decent size pizza , the chili was $9, I think. For a bowl, that seems to be reasonable for this area. I know restaurant prices are not what they used to be but if the food is good, I don't gripe too much about the prices. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is plenty of light from the large windows.

immpecably kind service and amazing flavor combinations. I came here on a work trip and tried northstar my first night after being recommended their famous veggie burger. then I came here two more times just to try more of the options. every thing I got was top tier. the cheese burger was cooked to perfection. the veggie burger had a wonderful chew and consistency. the chicken sandwhich was juicy. everything was flavorful. each sandwhich came with a bun that was soft, buttery, and perfectly cooked to get a wonderfully delicate maillard flavor. I will forever be a fan of this franchise and will always recommend it. on top of this, every waiter and cashier greeted me with the biggest smile that made my day. the restaurant is also super clean, spacious, and trendy.

Northstar never disappoints. I was in town for the holidays and had to make it a priority to stop by one of my favorite spots for lunch with a friend. I've tried several dishes on their menu at this point - at both this location and their restaurants in Columbus. This time around, I was in the mood for their Mexicali Salad. Let me just say that this is not your ordinary salad: this is packed full of memorable flavors and textures. The buttermilk biscuit croutons are easily the star of the show, and they're so crispy and crumbly that they almost resemble corn bread. My friend and I also split an order of the french fries and rosemary aioli - which was the perfect little shareable while we waited for the rest of our food to come out. If you're in the mood for a fresh, tasty lunch in Liberty Center, add Northstar to your list!

The service was very welcoming and helpful. The restaurant felt warm and relaxing. The food was soo good, I cleaned my plate. I got a sausage pizza and it was a good size for 1 person or two kids.

Order at the counter and find a seat. They'll bring the food to your table. Our burgers were pretty tasty and the seating was interesting. I liked the vibes of this place and the employees were nice.

I come to this restaurant for one thing and one thing only. The fish sandwich. I came back after being away from Cincinnati for a couple years and got the sandwich again and it still remains the best thing on the menu in my opinion. The inside of the restaurant is really nice and I like the ordering system!

The food is excellent. The restaurant is quite large and has a cool vibe. The staff were friendly and made great recommendations. When entering you pick up a menu and place your order at the counter, the food is then brought to you at a table of your choosing.

Twice I tried to get a waitress's attention (once she looked directly at me and walked away). There was no spoon to stir my coffee at the table or in the rolled-up napkin. So I got up to grab one myself. When I grabbed a spoon from the empty server station, I got a dirty look from the waitress as she started approaching me. I told her I needed a spoon, but she ignored me. She then asked me to check the silverware roll. I told you. And she walked away. The orange juice was okay. Did not taste fresh-squeezed; maybe the oranges aren't good. I guess I'll keep going to greasy spoons: better service, better food, better price.

From the moment I walked in, I knew this wasn't your average breakfast joint. Their {unique-feature} - let's call it the palpable sense of genuine Southern hospitality mixed with a modern, quirky vibe - immediately sets the stage. It's like your cool grandma's kitchen, but with better coffee (more on that later!). But let's talk about the star of the show: the Biscuits n' Gravy. Oh. My. Goodness. Forget everything you think you know about this Southern staple. This was next-level comfort food. The biscuit itself was perfectly fluffy on the inside, slightly crisp on the outside, and had that subtle buttermilk tang that just makes your soul sing. And the gravy? Forget the bland, floury stuff you get at some places. This was a country gravy, rich, savory, and clearly made with love. The flavors were so spot-on, so perfectly balanced, that when the manager asked how I was enjoying my meal, I practically gushed about the flavor profile! He proudly explained that they make it fresh, on-site, every single day. Amazing. Seriously, I even asked for more gravy (and I'm not ashamed!). The chicken was perfectly seasoned and crispy. The welcoming atmosphere is the real deal. It's not just about saying "hello"; it's about making you feel like you're part of the Maple Street family. It's the kind of place where you instantly relax and feel comfortable lingering over your coffee (which, by the way, they have a whole coffee bar with assorted flavors!). The excellent service just seals the deal. From the friendly cashier to the attentive staff refilling my coffee, everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there and eager to make my experience a great one. The manager, especially, was incredibly nice and clearly takes pride in his team and the food they're serving. It's clear they've cultivated a positive and supportive work environment, and that translates directly into the customer experience. For the price, Maple Street Biscuit Company is an absolute steal. Whether you're a couple looking for a cozy brunch spot, a family needing a satisfying and affordable meal, or a die-hard food enthusiast searching for the perfect biscuit, this place delivers. Trust me, folks, this isn't just breakfast; it's an experience. Go. Now. You won't regret it.

It was like a small city that I had never heard about. There were so many stores and restaurants all around. I got the Coca-Cola Short Ribs and they were so good. The mashed potatoes were creamy and the short rib fell apart like butter. My friends each got a sandwich and they loved them. We ended the meal with dessert, their bread pudding and chocolate lava cake. They were both delicious, and the cake was nice and warm. Our server told us that the lava cake is supposed to come with ice cream and they ran out, so she took it off our bill which was very nice. I ordered the Smoked Pulled Pork Sandwich, Hickory-smoked pulled pork + Tangy Carolina gold BBQ sauce + Southern slaw + House pickles + Cowboy Crack Sauce + Buttered brioche with fries. It has coleslaw and their special Cowboy Crack sauce on it. The pulled pork was cooked well, huge amount of meat. Definitely not shredded, but pulled apart. A few chunks were at least 2" in length and about 1 1/4" wide. Also, it comes with a boq sauce already on it, besides their special sauce. My preference is the pork has no boq sauce on it but it's at the table to add if it's needed. But, gotta say this, HUGE amount of meat, and a tasty bun. Fries were good, but not spectacular or special. Their ketchup has some kick to it, so that was pretty neat. But, my taste buds were almost confused with the special sauce, the bbq sauce and then the ketchup. My wife ordered the Coca-Cola Braised Short Rib Slow-braised short rib + Coca-Cola reduction + Buttery whipped potatoes + Smothered green beans + Crispy tobacco onions. Next time I may order that. I tasted the meat and mashed potatoes, yeh, really yummy! All in all, a good night, really good service, not too noisy, nice decor (several lights looked burnt out in a corner chandelier and a a dark evening, it would be difficult to see a menu. Just sayin') Not a big drinker but definitely a large selection of adult beverages. Would definitely make it a fun evening. Yeh, warrants a return visit with friends!!

A local said it's normal to park at the high school nearby but I'm not sure if that is a legitimate business agreement or not. Space inside is also tight. Not many places to actually sit and eat after you order food. Instead of making the upper level a smaller balcony style seating area, they should have just made it a full second floor. Restaurant order windows are directly in front of tables, so expect to be crowded around if a line forms. There are at least 3 bars as well as a self pour beer tap. The bourbon bar only serves pours of bourbon or wine. The bartender was condescending when I approached to look at the bourbon list so I didn't order there nor will I ever. The main bar has a cocktail list and large selection of drinks. I got a lavender cocktail from their spring menu and it was not good. Too much syrup. Definitely not craft cocktails, more like dive bar drinks. We tried dry rub wings from Bristol's and a taco, burrito bowl, mango salsa, and churros from Roberto & Miguel's. The wings were decent but I'd get them extra crispy if I were to try them again. The food from Roberto's came in very small portions. The bowl was ok, the taco was ok. The mango salsa was very good! Chips were decent as well. The guacamole in the bowl seemed fresh and tasted good. The churros tasted like funnel cakes and needed more cinnamon. We LOVE churros but these were not good enough to finish. We've had better at Aces Pickleball surprisingly. We left hungry. Overall the food wasn't super impressive, the bars lacked quality or good customer service and it was very loud and crowded. Again, it was a Saturday so it could be a little more chill on other days, not sure. Lots of children running around, and party music playing. They need more seating space and better parking. We will try again later down the line to taste other restaurants. So far I'd recommend Factory 52 over this place by far.
