First time visiting this location. Not your average sandwich deli. There is plenty of space to enjoy your meal and relax. The building is clean and updated inside. Nothing worse than eating in a dirty environment. Glad we got there before the lunch time rush it was getting crowded when we left. Plenty of options to choose from. I informed two workers of the problem and was told there is soap, however the dispenser was not working and the manager was aware of the issue. We decided to eat at McAlister's Deli because I am allergic to gluten and I knew they had gluten free baked potatoes. When we got there I found out that they also have gluten free bread for the sandwiches. The girl taking our order was very friendly and helpful. I ordered the McAlister's Club with avocado on gluten free bread and a side of potato salad. My husband had the regular McAlister's Club with a side of mac & cheese. Our food was very good. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because my potato salad was partially frozen and the gluten free bread fell apart when I was eating my sandwich. read more

McAlister's used to be in more of a regular rotation for me, but hadn't been in quite some time. My husband loves their New Yorker sandwich so we came in on a Sunday afternoon to feed his craving. I ordered a pick two and chose a club sandwich and cup of chili. When asked which club I wanted, I made a quick selection and chose a king club or something and was told that one isn't available on the pick two. So I said just the sandwich then, with the cup of chili as the side. My husband ordered his New Yorker sandwich with chips and we both got iced tea. The total came to just shy of $40. I was clearly taken aback and asked the cashier if that was correct, and she said it was. After checking the receipt, I saw this sandwich I ordered was SIXTEEN DOLLARS and the cup of chili was a three dollar upgrade!!! Shame on me for not asking for that information or paying closer attention to the menu board. So, lesson learned. Pay closer attention. Fast forward to the actual sandwich. It was massive. I still don't think it's worth anywhere close to the proud price tag of $16, but it was huge. Enough that I ate only half and my husband ate the other half. The chili was just ok. He enjoyed his sandwich as usual. Next time, I'll be sure and pay closer attention and stick to what I know. read more

I love McAlister's! I've been going here since a kid when I used to get a kids cheese pizza with Honey Grams as the little snack on the side. I recently ran into a problem and am posting this maybe to get the attention of someone in charge/a higher up here. Grace was nice enough to try to sort out my problem, but to no avail. I had recently purchased the McAlister's Tea Pass that is supposed to be good for 30 days however there was no data collected through the app to show that I purchased it( the only thing I have is my past receipt to show on a recent transaction I paid $7.99 plus tax. Anyways, I was unable to get my free tea as it looked like it wasn't associated with my phone number. I am updating from a previous three-star review. I will mention that IF you have a problem you should ask for management while you are there. They genuinely seem to care about this establishment. I have ordered a few times since my last review (but only for take-out orders) and each time has been with success. The food has been warm and plentiful., even when purchasing from the pick two menu. I do think that the price is a little high for one person (if you get a drink you're paying over $10 a person). read more

My office ordered enough potatoes and fixings for 30 people. How hard is it to bake 30 potatoes and keep them moist and warm? Apparently very hard. When it was time to pick up and then serve the potatoes, they were okay. But as they started to cool, their ugliness started to come out. Food was tasty, but both today and at our last visit two weeks ago restrooms were sub-par. Clean, clean, clean, and also replace toilet door bolts so privacy can be provided when necessary. Restrooms should be checked and restocked and cleaned, if needed, every hour. The counter staff returned 19 cents change in all pennies rather than trading 10 pennies in her register for a dime from the other register. Or, better yet, trade out 15 pennies for a dime and a nickel. Or, if there truly were no dimes or nickels in either register, the one penny that was needed to pay the bill should have been absorbed by the franchise rather than handing the customer 19 pennies. read more

Finally finding one they didn't bring the food all at once since they took our number away. The worst was getting a club with little to no meat and absolutely no bacon! I came into McAlisters Deli because a friend of mine referred me there because I was looking for a baked potato. After waiting in line for 25 minutes. I asked for a potato with chili cheese and bacon. I asked the girl if I should just get the spud max and take ingredients off? It seemed like that would be a cheaper route because they charge almost $2.00 for every single ingredient you add. The girl assures me it's cheaper to individually add the cheese and chili and bacon. When she gave me total of $15.62 for my potato I about fell over. The spud max with 7 ingredients is $10.29. I asked what happened and why it was so much and she said because she rang it up and thought it was going to be cheaper that way but actually it wasn't. I was already late getting back to work for my lunch break because I waited so long to be helped in the first place so I went ahead and just paid for the potato. You can get one at Wendys for 6$. If they weren't out of potatoes I would've went there but I went to McAlisters and paid almost 3 times as much!!!!!!!! read more

Ordered a Ruben with a side of tomato and cucumber salad curbside. They forgot the side dish. The app said drive to the designated spot and your order will be delivered. Only after I called, they brought the order out and the food was cold. The Ruben wasn't toasted, the meat didn't have much corned beef flavor. Very little sauerkraut, over all sad. McAlister's has amazing tea and food! The workers are nice and helpful. The food is prepared well. It takes very little time to get what you ordered. FYI the nachos platter is quite big! The food isn't too expensive but it might put a dent in your wallet. I can't get over the brilliant design of this building. It's very clean and new. Literally the rudest worker. Was an older lady and had the worst customer service. At least eight people waiting for pickups. Bypassed our ticket that was clearly sitting there for over twenty minutes even when other customers prompted her that she was missing our order. An order that was supposed to be done at 12:30 done through an online order was done at 1:15. Will not return. Find a way to change your order time or hire more people. read more

I usually wouldn't have anything bad to say about this place, but today's visit was out of the ordinary. We waited to be helped for about 5 minutes and two people were just standing around. The lady who helped us, I believe her name was Shanita, was very rude while we were ordering and she was yelling at her kids while I was trying to order my food. I understand things happen and kids need to come to work, but there is not reason to interrupt a customer to yell at your kids right in my face. Food was mediocre. Kids meal bowl was very small and my sandwich was supposed to have avocado in it, and it had like one tiny sliver of an avocado. Tea is good as always, but service was pretty poor. read more

Not only is the food wonderful, but the service is extremely friendly and helpful. One time they made a mistake on my order for takeout, but I called them and the next time I came in they gave me my meal for free. read more
