This particular Chick-fil-A was extremely busy, yet the staff seemed to prioritize non-work-related activities, such as checking their phones, which made customers wait longer. They do not seem to take their jobs seriously, as multiple customers (including us) complained about receiving incorrect and incomplete orders. Moreover, the portion sizes are no longer worth the price. We paid a lot but only received a small amount. read more

A good friend really likes this for some reason, so I wind up there occasionally. I don't get it. I find the "grilled nuggets" are ok, but why so much more expensive than real food? And as to the fingers, should chicken be sweet? Shouldn't it have some sort of texture. What is this stuff? At least that weird "puke-taste" seems to be gone without mention. I really debated between a 3 and a 4 rating but the most important thing to me about a restaurant is making sure my food tastes amazing.
