As a teacher we love to stop at Chick-fil-A as they always comp the bus driver as they should. This location does not do that, or at least the most recent manager here doesn't allow that. Recommend large class groups stop at Culvers who will take care of the bus driver without question. read more

This review is for 'ALL' Raising Canes, not just Jefferson City. We are now 'post' covid....our economy is good. How about getting back to 'normal' sized chicken fingers, not 'baby' sized. I purchased the 4 Chk finger box...came to $13 something, if not a little more.....it equated to, maybe, 2 full sized chicken fingers....not right. It's highway robbery for us customers. Guess the only thing to do is not go back..I have gone once in a blue moon just to see if they have restored normalcy but have not. Disappointing! read more

A good friend really likes this for some reason, so I wind up there occasionally. I don't get it. I find the "grilled nuggets" are ok, but why so much more expensive than real food? And as to the fingers, should chicken be sweet? Shouldn't it have some sort of texture. What is this stuff? At least that weird "puke-taste" seems to be gone without mention. Not sure what has happened to this location but really awful service lately. People are still nice but you can't/don't get what you pay for/try to buy. Last app order ahead (earlier this week) they forgot to add someone's meal and we didn't notice until we got home and it was too late to go back. Tonight I ordered 4 shakes ahead in the app from the somewhat busy drive thru line, proceeded to spend 25 minutes in the drive thru while my lane did not move (weird), finally got to the speaker, confirmed my order had no changes, then was told they were "out of ice cream." When I requested she cancel my order of all ice cream-based items I was asked if I was sure I wanted to do that? I explained that I'd only ordered shakes, so it seemed necessary if they could not make shakes. Uhm, what? I pulled up the app and was able to cancel my order but buyer beware, don't waste your time. Typically you cannot order unavailable items in the app. Not sure what is up, but you come to CFA for the consistency in service and that is missing. I sat for another 5 minutes in the drive thru before I could escape--30 minutes and zero to show for it. I think I'll be skipping this CFA for the foreseeable future and would recommend you do the same. read more

Walking in I didn't have to wait long as I was greeted and got my order done. The lady rang it up gave me my drinks and I sat down. The service was quick and my food was made right, the spicy deluxe was delicious and fresh. The dining space was clean and organized. read more

This is the busiest location I've ever seen but the employees were fast and super friendly. All the tables and bathrooms were clean and our food came out hot and fast. There was a lady near us talking loud and arguing with someone on the phone which made a lot of us feel awkward. When my husband said she should go outside with her phone call she flipped him off and cursed. Luckily one of the managers took care of the situation, which restored my faith in humanity. read more

Had a bad experience with the Chick-fil-a payment system charging me for a family of 4's order, through the drive thru. The cashier at the window was rude at the order window. She asked me for payment again & I said already paid. Instead of immediately getting a manager to figure it out, she told me my card must have declined & I needed to use a different one. I had to check my bank app to figure out they charged me over $41 for someone else's order. My order was less than $10. They let my food sit and get cold this whole entire time of going through to find their mistake & then waiting for them to fix it. I ended up having to go inside & the sandwich remade & it still wasn't that hot on the second time. No one at this company seems to see the issue with this experience because I was refunded, but it's a big issue to me because I almost got charged $50+for a chicken sandwhich & a medium drink. The manager did not apologize, just blamed everything off on "their system being glitchy." So done with Chick-fil-a & their mediocre food & rude staff. read more

We are very disappointed in chic-fil-a. We stopped in for the usual great food and deals and found the internet advertisement lied! claim, Discount- each chic-fil-a resturant is independently owned and operated and the senior discount can vary by location. most locations provide a free small drink orcoffee with purchase or a 10% discount. I guess CHIC-FIL-A ( at least the jefferson city location) feels senior citizens deserve nothing with their purchase as they no longer give any breaks with purchase like they used to. From now on we will eat at culvers as they always offer seniors a 10% discount as well as free pup cups for your pumps with your purchase. PS. They no longer give our Vets any discounts either. How sad such a great chain has sunk so low. read more

My absolute favorite place to grab a chicken sandwich! I also love their diet lemonade and I don't drink lemonade from anywhere but Chick-Fil-A! I also really like their waffle fries! It's a bit pricier than other fast food but it tastes good. They also have a nice play area for small children. Their staff are the most polite you'll find anywhere in Jefferson City! This is near my work and I visit frequently. My food is ALWAYA hot and fresh. They tend to be very fast. I usually go right around lunch time when it is busy.
