I just moved to this area from Elko, Nevada in October, so to be fair I'm unfamiliar with a lot of things...therefore I took to Yelp to see what was around! As soon as I saw, there was a Pita Pit, there were no more questions in my mind what I was going to have for lunch. I have not had Pita Pit in 14 years, and was helping and praying it would still be what I remembered it to be. As soon as I saw that they had falafel in a brown rice bowl I knew what I was getting. My only complaint is I was originally pretty sad that the falafel was all broken up and not in big round balls... but I digress. That bowl was fresh, filling and amazing! And I'm so glad they had tzatziki!! Next time I find myself and Jeff city for training. I know what I'm having for lunch!!

We ordered online and were happy with the quick service right at opening. I ordered two Super Greek Gyros w/Chipotle sauce on the side. When I tell you this food was amazing! So much flavor! So much of everything that we needed. I had doubts when I saw that it was connected to a gas station but I was pleasantly surprised and happy that I didn't waste any money. 10/10 - this is a place that I would drive two hours just to eat. I went with a full order of wings. 10 wings were $20. I thought that was pretty high though they were terrific! I chose them to be naked and had DAT Honey, Spicy BBQ, and Sweet and Spicy on the side. DAT Honey was a superb sauce especially mixed with the homemade ranch. The other 2 sauces were good too. Now back to the sweet tea. As I came in thinking I was going to get a fresh-brewed homemade sweet tea turned out to be purchasing a bottle of that abomination of sweet tea known as Gold Peak.
