Stood in line for a very long time because the cashier couldn't stay focused and while waiting in line noticed the food to be served at the tables was sitting and not being taken out. I understand being short staffed but there wasn't even a smile to be found with this staff and the lack of motivation very obvious. When our food was brought to the table (minus potato salad I ordered) I had to yell at the lady to get her attention to let her know we didn't have all of the order. I will NEVER visit McAlisters again!!! I wanted a plain baked potato for supper and remembered they had huge ones (usually 2 small ones put end to end) but this was an EPIC FAIL!! I paid $6.56 for a potato that wasn't even 1/2 the size of the container. If you have lots of money and a tiny appetite maybe it works for you but I feel ROBBED!! The order takers who take to go orders have you repeat your order 2-4 times (I'm assuming due to an issue inputting the order or the phones suck and they can't hear).. EVERY time you order to go they forgot things and get sandwich orders wrong. So they forget our dessert and we call and go back to get... the employees proceed to argue with us telling us we are wrong and the manager comes out to let them know we have spoken to them... but why not communicate that to the team up front? Then we get back and they gave me the wrong sandwich and as it turns out she put the wrong one on the receipt... taco salad is a joke.. fruit cup has 3 pieces of fruit, for $4 really?? Was very disappointed in this establishment this evening. When entering, the first thing we noticed was the smell, and it was just dirty. Part of my order was a baked potato, but they gave me no butter or sour cream. I stood at the counter at least 5 minutes to request it. My son managed 3-4 Mcalisters in Oklahoma while in College so been in quite a few they've always been clean, workers courteous & did their job well + great fresh food this one is not one of those Mcalisters, however I don't blame the workers, there were only 3 people working 2 in the kitchen 1 running the eating area, orders & register.
