Got our food after about 10 minutes, and my sandwich, which should be warm, was cold with melted, hardened cheese... like it was an old sandwich that had been sitting out for a while. Today was no different, until I arrived and the tea was so cloudy I just couldn't. It was a disappointment to hear that they're tweaking the water or something in order to try to get it back. Why mess with the good thing?? So we opted for water with our salads. It was partially redeemed because the Savannah chop salad was delicious and freshly made, but it's been 50/50 also in recent visits. Just like other restaurants quality has gone down. Attention to customer service has dropped. I guess for the quality and the money I'll stick with McDonald's iced tea. At least it's a sure thing. We visited on 02/02/2024. At 2:15 PM kService and food was good. I have a complaiint about thee women's bathroom. Toilet was full of toilet paper and I flushed before using the toilet, but the water in the toilet didn't reaach high enough to empty the paper. So I used the toilet brush myself to empty the toilet before I used the toilet. Toilet paper roll(empty) was on the floor and the front of the toilet paper was broken off and on the floor. Ordered carry out. Our order was for 6 people. 2 bags. We had hot and cold items. You would think they would put the salads, fruits, and cold sandwiches in one bag and the hot items in another. Nope. They mixed hot and cold in both bags. I don't know anyone that loves warm salad and fruit. But wait there's more. Missing items, sides and dressings. However, when I called no one answered the phone. Wanted something light to eat and I was craving soup so my sister and I came here for lunch. We shared a grilled chicken club w/ mac n cheese. The club is cut into fours which is perfect for two servings (we are small women tho). I also got the chicken dumpling soup and my sister got the cheesy broccoli soup. Really good, my sister ate some of mine as well, out the two the chicken dumpling wins a little more. Reason I'm giving 4 stars is because it's pricey. Normally I love McAlister's, their food is fresh and delicious and the menu offers a large variety of options. I called this location to place a to go order and my experience was subpar. The young women who answered started to scream (while still on the phone) for "Scott" to come take my order because she needed to go and clean the restrooms. First, it's unprofessional to scream over the phone (at least put it on hold) and secondly, mentioning the restrooms that needed cleaned while someone is ordering their food? For the third time in a year, this particular restaurant sent a incomplete door-dash order out, leaving 1/2 of the ordered food on the counter. The dasher who had to use speech interpretation probably had no idea they were missing half the order. But on the slip of the order it was obvious that the order had four meals. Being only two in the bag, common sense should have caused a question. I drove what food was delivered along with the slip back to the restaurant. By this time hot food was cold, and the cold food that was left by the Dasher was soggy and nothing was fresh. The store manager handed two VIP tickets and refused to remake the food fresh. Customer services no longer exists. Zero accountability by staff to ensure the complete order left with the dasher. I stood infront of the manager as a counter employee easily found a larger bag to hold all of the food, the food at this point that has spent over 40 minutes in uninsulated containers. When I called, I suspect I was mistaking hung up on, not the point. I returned the food that was delivered, 2 meals out of the 4 ordered. Zero effort to fix the problem, with no service. Last night this family and Business Manager ever eats here again (Already canceled two corp Catering orders tonight) Dine at your risk, advise you avoid Door Dash with this Resturaunt, they are about Corporate rates not the customer. I doubt they will improve the quality of order review before ToGo, Goes. Only good point of this experience, at least the Remote automated Door Dash Agent refunded the cost of the food. Spent $27 and I regret every penny. My sandwich was soggy not crisp, my Mac and cheese was flooded with liquid and the most disappointing part is my Rotel dip was only filled 1/4 to the top. We had a missing drink, no pickles on any order when we specifically asked for pickles with each sandwich. The French dip was missing the dipping sauce and my daughters cookie was rock hard. Tried calling in to talk to a manager, none available, left my name and number and never heard back from anyone. Since COVID, my family has been ordering box lunches from McAlisters for all of our small, socially distant gatherings. We have been together to celebrate a baptism, a gender reveal party, and two baby showers and continue to order box lunches. Each box is VERY reasonably priced and includes an enormous amount of food, including a sandwich, side, large cookie, and usually pickle. The napkins, utensils, and condiments are individually wrapped and placed in the individual orders. The box lunches have been the perfect way for us to stay safe and skip the buffet-style meals of the past during COVID. I have recommended this option to all of my other friends and family and recommend it to you if you will be hosting an event during these crazy times! read more

BEWARE OF MCALESTER'S DELI FREE DELIVERY PROMOTION!! VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!! The McAlister's Deli at the Hamilton Towne Center in Noblesville should be a shamed of their poor customer service!!!! Beware of the free delivery promotion!!! Situation: I received an email from McAlister's Deli offering free delivery. As a busy parent working from home, I was excited. I click the link that took me to McAlister's website. Entered my information, placed my order, selected the free delivery option and paid!!. I received notification that my order would be delivered at 1:42pm. Great! Then I get a text and email notification 10mins later saying that my order delivery was cancelled. Email said to call McAlister and provided the location's number. I called McAlister to inquire about my order. The girl on the phone was no help. They couldn't locate my order or track the status. Then they told me that DoorDash pick-up the order and I would have to call DoorDash because they don't know what happens to the order once DoorDash pick-up. I responded; let me get this straight; you have an agreement with a third party vendor to provide delivery services for your food and there is no accountable that this vendor has to delivery the food. Now I have to call the vendor to track down my food that I ordered on your website??? They can take my food that I purchase and cancel my delivery order with no accountable to McAlister and I have to track them down to find my food??????? Nowhere on your website does it say you are using a third party vendor and you are not accountable after the food is pick-up nor I'm provide any contact information for DoorDash. To make it worst, I asked for a refund and was told they could not provide a refund because the order was through DoorDash, although my credit card says McAlister Deli pending. After a very very long conversation with the manager (needs customer service training), she offer to remake my food and I can come and pick it up. So I had to pack up a 6yo mask and all and drive down to pick-up my food 2hrs after I place my order! We ended up eating it at McAlister because we were so hungry!
