I've enjoyed everything I've tried! The Jalepeno Turkey Crunch, Savannah salad, the Memphis. My kids love the kids meal options.

This is was the first time at McAllisters Deli, I went inside and ordered 2 sandwiches to go they said they would let me know when ready. I was the only person in the place, after 30 minutes I went to the counter and apparently my order had been ready for a while it was sitting in the window they had obviously forgotten about me. The sandwiches were ok but service is poor. Not impressed, I won't return to this location. read more

McAlister's Deli is delicious! We've been 3 times, and tried several different items. Some of the highlights are the French dip, the Mephian sandwich, and the Savannah chopped salad. The service was friendly each time we've been. They are still working out the bugs, but that is to be expected in a new restaurant. I've eaten at this location twice now and have been very impressed. So far I've tried the Jalapeno Turkey Crunch and the French Dip, both of which were delicious. Their Iced Tea is great as well. Both times I've gone, I've chosen the "Choose Two" option where I get a half sandwich and a side, soup or other options and I've left feeling full and satisfied. I noticed some of the other reviews addressed some issues certain individuals have had, but my experiences have been great. It's also a new restaurant and I'm sure they are working out some kinks. I grew up in the south and remember loving this place. But unfortunately, I'm not sure this one's going to hit the mark. I've attached a photo of my food. I ordered the chicken Caesar wrap. It's supposed to come with a side and a pickle spear and it came with a lukewarm potato salad. This meal was almost $14 with tax. Not sure I'll be back if this is the standard. read more

Talk about a bad experience... I went with my family, and it was around the first two weeks of opening so as expected it was quite busy. I was impressed with their turn around speed, they know how to get people in and they certainly know how to make sure people never come back. We decided to get an appetizer to get a feel for the menu, we decided on the chips and queso (A tad bit' of an odd appetizer, but thats neither here nor there) When it came out it was a shredded mess of chips, do you know how at the bottom of every bag theres the little crumbs you usually just throw away? Well that was the entire plate of chips we got with our queso. Aside from our plate of shredded chips, we each got a different sandwhich each being a mess in their own right. Food was mediocre at best and that's being extremely generous! A one and done. read more

Great French dip and tea/lemonade! Speedy and friendly pickup of an online order through the pickup window. My only negative is that this location does not offer the Cuban on their menu. Hopefully that is just a temporary thing because I had that sandwich from their Liberty, Mo location numerous times and it was a favorite! I love mcallisters but this doesn't taste or feel like the one I love... ambiance and aesthetic isn't the same, food portions are way lower quality and less quantity. Bread was stale and there was barely any meat on the sandwich. To the owner, thank you for opening a location in Utah but please visit the Idaho falls location and you will see a huge difference. I hate leaving a lower review but this needs work for me to get ever come back. read more

We were greeted with a hello after coming in the front door . The staff was attentive and addressed all of our needs. Everyone looked busy and the deli was about 1/3 full. There is a very complete menu with plenty of options. My wife and I split a reuben and potato salad side with pickle. All the food items were very tasty. I give them a 5 star. This location recently opened. I expected nervous employees and a bit of confusion, but I saw none of that. Everyone was well-trained and efficient. The food was fantastic as well. Even the manager, Chris, came to greet us. What a wonderful experience! I am looking forward to returning. read more

Finally a McAlisters in Utah !!!! I've been to others around the country and I must say this one in Sandy did not disappoint. Food was fresh, fast & tasty. Even though they just recently opened, credit to the Managers..... the staff seemed like seasoned veterans & appeared to be working in unison and were extremely welcoming.
