This one is made on Marbled Rye bread - which went so well with the flavors of the sandie. I still think $8 is steep for what you get, but I was starving, and it gave me what I needed, and supports a small business. There is also a little sugar cookie that comes with the sandie - which apparently is vegan! Yum!

This local joint typically caters to the business folks in the office building that it's housed in. They also do catering (check out their menus). When my neighborhood was sharing local restaurants that were doing take-out during the statewide "stay at home" order, I was excited to hear about this one. They had a turkey platter dinner as one of their options and I was quick to jump on that. Ordering was very simple-just a quick text to Dan and coordination of a pick up time (they also deliver, but I prefer to get out of the house when I can.) The food came pre-cooked and refrigerated, so all I had to do was heat it up. I was taken aback by the large portions-I was told it would feed 4-6 people. I bet my family of three gets 3 or more meals each out of this, easily. Not only was the food abundant in size, but it tasted great, too! The fillings on both sandwiches were lacking in salt a bit as well. The best thing about the meal were the fries that were cooked well.
